Dominic Deacon (Gresford Athletic to Penycae)

Dynamic forward, aged 22, who joined Gresford in January 2022 and made 107 appearances for the Colliers, netting 38 goals before signing for Penycae in the January 2026 window.
Prior to landing at Gresford, Deacon was a regular goal-getter for the Connah’s Quay Nomads Under-18 side and Flint Town Academy Under-16s.

Jordan Ellis (Rhostyllen to Penycae)

Right-back arrives at Penycae after three-and-a-half seasons with tier 4 Wrexham-area club Rhostyllen.
Made 36 appearances for Gresford Athletic between 2019-20 and 2021-22 before joining Rhostyllen in summer 2022.
Became a regular for The Rec side, firstly in Ardal North West and then the North East Wales Premier Division.
Went on to play in 103 matches for Rhostyllen, featuring in the NEWFA Horace Wynne Cup and NEWFL Premier Cup finals of 2024-25.

Harry Fuller (Brickfield Rangers to Penycae)

Right-winger, age 23, with Cymru Premier experience.
Started out at Cefn Druids, featuring for the Development side before making his first team debut in a Cymru Premier match against Flint Town United on September 23, 2020.
Went on to play in 14 first team matches, all as a substitute, and made 67 appearances for the club as a whole before signing for Brickfield Rangers at the start of 2022-23.
Soon became a Brickie first team regular, making 69 appearances over the next three seasons as the Wrexham club aimed to make their mark in Tier 3 Ardal North West and East.
Played in the team which won the Ardal North East title last season, clinching promotion to Cymru North for the first time in Rangers’ history.
Made Cymru North debut for club at Caersws in August before a brief move to Penycae, playing in three games before a quick return to Brickfield, making six reserve team outings before a January return to Afoneitha Road under new manager Dan Richards.
Came on as a sub in the 6-1 defeat at Dolgellau on January 10.

Callum Roberts (Brickfield Rangers to Penycae)

Left-back, aged 28, whose former clubs include FC Queen’s Park, Llangollen Town and Brickfield Rangers.
Played for Queen’s Park between 2021-22 and September 2023, making 90 appearances and scoring 12 goals, winning the North East Wales League Premier Division title, Horace Wynne Cup and Mike Beech Memorial Trophy treble in 2022-23.
Signed for tier 3 Ardal North East club Llangollen Town early in 2023-24, making 20 appearances and scoring three times.
Moved to Brickfield last season, playing in 22 matches and netting three goals as Gareth Wilson’s side lifted the Tier 3 Ardal North West title.
Remained with Brickie this season as the Wrexham outfit took on the T2 Cymru North for the first time, featuring in eight league games and two cups. After 47 appearances in total for Rangers, Roberts committed to Penycae in January 2026.

Well-travelled attacking player with a good goalscoring record for the likes of Chirk AAA, Rhostyllen and Brickfield Rangers in past seasons.
Spent 2019-20 at Rhostyllen, switched to Chirk in 2021-22, scoring 10 goals as the Colliers were crowned Tier 3 Ardal North East champions.
Served for two seasons at Holyhead Road before returning to Rhostyllen in 2023-24.
Last season was at Brickfield as part of their Tier 3 Ardal North West title-winning squad.
Made a few substitute appearances in the Cymru North at Brickie this season, but has now decided on a move to Penycae.

Jack James (to Llandyrnog United)

Midfielder formerly with Denbigh Town, CPD Gronant and CPD Henllan Development is a new face at North Wales Coast East Division One side Llandyrnog.
James made his first appearance for Dyrny in Saturday’s 3-2 win at Llysfaen.
Llandyrnog manager Sion Morris said: “Another player who I’ve tried signing previously and once I heard he was available, knew we had to go straight in for.
“Adds more competition to our midfield and is different to what we’ve already got with a keen eye for a pass.”

Matthew Pleavin (CPD Y Glannau to Llandyrnog United)

Versatile player who has represented many clubs in his career including Gresford Athletic, Ruthin Town, Rhyl Albion, CPD Gronant, Corwen, Llangollen Town Prestatyn Town and Y Glannau.
His latest stop is Llandyrnog United, whose manager Sion Morris said: “This is the 3rd time I’ve tried signing Pleav over the years so delighted we’ve finally got him on board.
“He’s got experience in the higher tiers which will only benefit us.
“He’s a player full of energy and can play in multiple positions and went straight into the squad in our win over Llysfaen yesterday (Saturday).”

Cameron Ferguson (Flint Town United to Bala Town)

Striker Ferguson could hardly have wished for a better start to life at new club Bala Town!
On Tuesday night, the new man scored twice on his Lakesiders debut in a 4-0 win – against former club Flint!
The result lifted the Maes Tegid outfit out of the bottom two at the completion of Phase 1.
The 22-year-old has previous Cymru Premier experience under his belt, having played at Connah’s Quay Nomads and Flint, making 15 appearances across a season and a half.
Ferguson has also played in England and Scotland with teams such as Newcastle U23’s, Tranmere Rovers U18’s, Forfar Athletic, Forres and Inverness CT.
The son of former Everton, Newcastle United and Scotland international Duncan Ferguson, Cameron has progressed through professional academy systems and senior football environments in both Wales and Scotland, making his own pathway within the game.
