Llandudno are the latest leaders of the North Wales Women’s Cricket League after celebrating a double victory at the weekend.
Tudno defeated both hosts Carmel and Dolgellau on Sunday to take an 18-point lead at the summit.
A group of 13 Llandudno players travelled to Pen-y-Gelli which allowed new faces to debut and the squad to experiment with positions.
Both Tudno line-ups were a combination of more experienced members and newer players who displayed great strength in depth and a fantastic spirit to get the two wins.
This togetherness was especially evident in the Carmel game, which was won or lost in the last two overs.
