1ST XI FIRST DIVISION

At 163-4 chasing 189 to win, Northop Hall were well set for victory, but then the fall of three wickets on the same score turned the match Liverpool’s way.
The hosts won the toss and chose to bat, posting 188-9 dec off 62.1 overs, Jared Clein the mainstay with 76.
Dhanosh Kaludewa scooped 4-58 off 31 overs, Joshua Leach collected 3-77 off 21.1 and Carwyn Johnson 2-40 for the visitors.
In reply, Hall lost their last six wickets for just 10 runs, leaving them all out for 173, Evan Withe (57) and skipper Will Higginson (53) the only double-figure contributors, Zohaib Khan Zamankhail snapping up 7-67 and Daniel Clubbe 3-53 for the hosts.
1st XI SECOND DIVISION
Sutton (25) 117-1 Prestatyn (1) 115-10
Natalie Brown bowled a superb spell of 5-20 off 8.3 overs as Prestatyn crashed to a woeful 115 all out at The New Street Oval, Sampath Perera making 34 and skipper Andy Taylor 29.
Sutton then eased to 117-1 in just 21.1, Jack York 63 no.
2ND XI PREMIER DIVISION
Colwyn Bay (20) 138-5 Orrell Red Triangle (4) 136-9 dec
Ed Williams-Gray (64 not out) and Harry Spillane (47 no) guided Bay to victory with an unbroken sixth-wicket stand of 111 after the hosts had found themselves in all sorts of trouble on 27-5.
The hosts put Orrell into bat and restricted them to 136-9 declared off 53 overs, having at one stage been 63-7.
Terry Leaford steadied the ship with a knock of 53 batting at number nine.
For the Bay, James Jones snared 3-36, Arthur Jones 2-7 off 10 and Shaun Davies 2-15.
In response, Colwyn were 27-5 before Williams-Gray and Spillane saved the day in style.
2ND XI FIRST DIVISION
Northop Hall (20) 130-4 Bootle (5) 128-10
Harry Williams grabbed 3-17 and Renit Adke 3-31 as the Hall dismissed Bootle for 128 after putting them in at Smithy Lane.
The hosts hit back with 130-4 in 29 overs to win the match by six wickets and 20-4 on points, Jack Smallwood 58 and Adke 44.
2ND XI SECOND DIVISION
Prestatyn (6) 135-10 Alder (20) 136-6
Ashley Jones’ 61 prevented Prestatyn seconds from setting an inadequate double-figure total at Beach Close.
Inserted by their visitors, the hosts were all back in the pavilion for 135, Alfie Byrom 4-24 and Ross Kirkpatrick 4-33 for the away team.
Alder got home on 136-6 in 38.3 overs, Paul Fearnyough 40 no, Jaden Ablett 2-9 off 7 and Steven Edwards 2-46 for Prestatyn.
