How are the Super 12 performing? North Wales women footballers in the spotlight

Three months into the 2025-26 season, how are our Super 12 North Wales women footballers performing?
Holly Owen Roberts (CPDM Bangor)

Sixteen-year-old midfielder has made seven appearances so far for Tier 2 Adran North side Bangor, scoring once.
Great on the ball, Holly has been a lively performer so far, always looking to make things happen.
Bangor started well with three wins in their first four matches, but have lost their last three.
Holly will no doubt benefit if the team’s all-round form can improve.
Anna Jones (CPDM Y Felinheli)

Experienced campaigner became one of the signings of the summer when she joined Felinheli in the close season.
Has scored twice in eight matches but with the team having suffered three bad losses on the bounce, the likes of Anna has a big role to play in getting Felin back winning again.
Lexi Walsh (Kinmel Bay)

Nothing short of sensational – already has 21 goals to her name from just 10 appearances for the first team.
Hit six against Trearddur Bay, five versus Denbigh Town and three in last weekend’s win over Llanystumdwy.
Lightning quick and a great finisher, she has helped Kinmel Bay making a flying start to 2025-26.
Elin Roberts (CPDM Bangor)

Has just joined CPDM Bangor after beginning the season at Llangefni Town, where she made seven substitute appearances.
Played a full 90 minutes on her debut for the Citizens in the weekend loss at Flint and with more game time under her belt will no doubt start to show the goalscoring form she proved she was capable of in previous stints with The New Saints and Caernarfon Town.
Hannah Owen (Llandudno)

Three goals in 10 outings so far for Llandudno, where she has made a great impression since her summer move from Llangefni Town.
Her attacking play has been a big factor in Tudno’s fine start to the campaign, although they have lost their last two matches.
Becca Eagles (Flint Town United)

Not only has she given Flint a welcome midfield boost, she has also become the woman coach the team has been searching for.
Seven appearances to date for the Silkwomen and two goals, but it is the steadying influence in the centre of the park and ability from set-pieces as well as being the launching pad for so many attacks which make her a priceless commodity.
Magi Pierce (CPDM Henllan)

Such a colossal defender last season, Magi has added to her repertoire by netting a couple of goals this term.
With a small and very young squad, it has been tough at himes for Henllan, but there have been some good results mixed with not so good, and Magi remains as inspirational a figure as ever,
Sian Moore (CPDM Pwllheli)

Won high praise for scoring 11 goals last season, but this term she has already matched that amount by November!
The highlight was undoubtedly a five-goal salvo in a 6-0 victory at Denbigh – an unconfirmed club record for finding the net most times in a single game by a Pwllheli player.
Has inspired some great headlines with her heroics and is undoubtedly a star performer for both her club and the Tier 3 league.
Menna Evans (CPDM Bangor)

Scored in her opening two games, but has not managed to do so in the last four fixtures.
Had a good game up front in the 4-0 weekend defeat at Flint, hitting the crossbar, and remains one of the liveliest and best young strikers around on the North Wales scene.
Beth Jones (Llangefni Town)

The fact Llangefni have kept four clean sheets in their last five games speaks volumes about the form of defenders like Beth.
Cefni have won their last seven matches and sit proudly top and unbeaten in the North Wales Coast Women’s League.
While the goals have flowed at the other end, Town have been equally mean at the back and Beth has been a huge factor in that.
Shelby Wild (Kinmel Bay)

A magnificent start to the season for this brave and commanding keeper who has battled with injuries to keep pulling out top performances for her team.
Kinmel Bay are scoring lots of goals, but just as important their defensive showings have been impressive and no-one has shone brighter than Shelby.
Her ability in one-on-one situations is second-to-none and she is a tremendous shot-stopper too. Bay’s 3-0 home loss to Llangefni would have been far more emphatic but for Wild’s tremendous work.
Elan Evans (Caernarfon Town)

Eight goals in seven matches this season for a 17-year-old striker with remarkable ability.
One of three sisters in the Caernarfon side, Elan has adjusted to senior football brilliantly and after three games without a goal, she is no doubt straining at the leash to be bulging the net again.
