Gwalchmai 2 Bethesda Athletic 3

Two goals in the last few minutes turned what looked like a losing situation into a winning one for Premier leaders Bethesda at Maes Meurig.
Gwalchmai, who have started the season well themselves, took a 20th minute lead when the prolific Connor Owen put the ball over the line after Pesda keeper David Clarke struggled to deal with a Gethin Jones cross.
It was Owen’s 18th goal of the campaign in 15 games and meant he has scored in seven of his last eight matches.
Pesda’s own goal machine, Joe Todd, made it all-square at half time when he put away a 44th minute penalty.
Unfortunately for the hosts, top-scorer Connor Owen was sent off for a second yellow after the break, but nonetheless Gwalch would not be discouraged and on 55 minutes a magnificent Josh Owen goal put them 2-1 up.
And Craig Evans’ side were still ahead until the 83rd minute, when Dean Redmond levelled for Mark Hughes’ visiting team.
A draw would probably have been a fair result, but this Bethesda side have a mark of potential champions, something they proved again when Todd banged in their 90th minute winner.
Both sides put in an outstanding performance – a great advert for tier 4 football.
CPD Aberffraw 2 CPD Mynydd Llandegai 2

One of Anglesey’s finest strikers of the past 20 years, veteran Gary Bolton, came on as a second half substitute for Aberffraw and within a minute scored the goal which secured a deserved point for his team.
Osian Jones put Llandegai in front with just four minutes gone, but Tom Hughes equalised for Berffro on the quarter-hour.
Mynydd led for the second time after an hour when Jamie Whitmore found the net, but the introduction of Bolton made an instant impact for the hosts, fellow sub Tom Verburg providing the assist for the final goal of the game.

Division One

Trearddur Bay 5 Llanfairpwll 1
A tremendous home win for Trearddur Bay ensured they maintained their unbeaten record but also brought an end to Llanfairpwll’s.
Nick Dumbarton’s side are now just four points behind leaders Cemaes Bay with three games in hand.
Most of the damage at Lon Isallt was dished out by the hosts in a 15-minute spell between 25 and 40, when they netted four times.
Myles Jones, Mel McGinness, Tom Scott and leading marksman Asa Thomas all found the target, Mike Edwards laying on two assists.
Coby Doutch made it 5-0 on 82 minutes before Marquis Holland grabbed a late consolation for the visitors.
Cemaes Bay 6 Caergybi 0

Table-toppers Cemaes put in their best performance of the season at the expense of their Holyhead-based visitors.
The hosts took the lead with a somewhat bizarre effort, Sion Rowlands pushing forward from right back and his dangerous cross found the net.
It was 2-0 when top-scorer Matty Reynolds fired in his 13th goal of the season with a fierce low drive before the interval.
Early in the second half, defender Taylor Jones and skipper Keenan Downey, with a penalty, made it 4-0.
Young substitutes Carwyn Jones and Haydn Jones finished off the rout, Downey and Liam Dhillon with the assists.
Holyhead Town 2 Bethesda Rovers 0

Goals from Sion Thomas on 29 minutes, and Mike Jones after 85, sealed three cracking points for Town at a muddy Millbank.
Harri Hughes and Luke Jones laid on the assists for the Harbourmen.
CPD Y Fali 3 CPD Gaerwen 2
Two sides near the bottom of the table gave their everything in a hard-fought contest.
A Leon Owen own goal after three minutes put Y Fali in front, but Gaerwen hit back to lead via Tomos Hughes and Tomos Jones before half time.
Daniel Owen made it two-apiece on 56 minutes and the same player bagged the decider on 73.
Llanystumdwy 3 CPD Cefni 1
Llanystumdwy stand alongside Trearddur Bay as the only remaining unbeaten sides in Division One.
The Dwyfor Park outfit made it eight without defeat on Saturday with a hard-earned success over Cefni.
Daniel Rhinds put Llan ahead on 27 minutes, but Jamie Lee Patterson bagged his latest goal for Cefni to make it one-each after 49.
Owen Pritchard restored the home advantage on 62 before Rhinds crucially struck again in the 75th minute.
