Line-ups confirmed for tier 4 and 5 North Wales Coast West Football League
The line-ups for the tier 4 and 5 North Wales Coast West League have now been officially confirmed for the 2025-26 season.
In the Premier Division, last season’s Division One champions Blaenau Ffestiniog Amateurs come up, while Menai Bridge Tigers and Nantlle Vale, relegated from tier 3 Ardal North West last season, come down.
Division One sees Caernarfon Borough make a welcome return to football, while CPD Aberffraw and CPD Pentraeth have been relegated from last season’s Premier.
Borough, who competed in the Caernarfon and District and Gwynedd Leagues between 1985-1997, folded, then reformed and campaigned in the C & D between 2003-24 and 2012-13, are back this season 40 years after their formation.
Boro won the prestigious NWCFA Junior Cup in 2005/06, becoming the first Caernarfon team to lift the trophy in the competition’s 113-year history, and landed an impressive double of Kon-X Wales and Moorings Cup in 2012 before disbanding again in 2014. Now is the time for their third coming.
