Two late goals from substitute Scott Court ensured Division One leaders Rhos made it four straight wins.
The hosts led 1-0 at half time courtesy of an Adam Williams free kick on 37 minutes.
Otherwise, the first half did not have much to offer with both teams seemingly cancelling each other out and creating very few chances.
Williams had the first decent opportunity with a shot from the 18 yard line which Albion keeper Ryan Fox saved superbly going down to his right hand side.
Fox denied Williams again, while Richard Hillier-Evans in the home goal pulled off a great one-on-one stop.
Six minutes into the second half, Keiran Kendrick headed home the equaliser unmarked at the back post.
Albion were unlucky to be called offside when a second goal looked a certainty.
Sub Court took the field on the hour and was to change the scene, firstly being denied by a top save from Fox.
In the 83rd minute the game took a turn when Albion’s Gary Fazackerley was red-carded.
Just three minutes later, Court made it 2-1
