Champions Bay matched their invincible record of last season by making it 26 games without defeat on Monday night.
Trearddur boosted their lead at the summit to 10 points with two matches remaining after a hard-fought 2-1 success at Glantraeth.
The Beach Boys still have Amlwch Town to play away and Llanberis at home in the league. They also have a date with Llanberis in the Cwpan Snowdonia Fire and Security Premier Division Cup semi-final
The visitors took the lead at Cae Glantraeth in the 35th minute when Jay Gibbs netted from the penalty spot for his eighth goal of the season.
Glantraeth, who had been in fine form themselves before running into Cemaes Bay last Friday and suffering a 4-1 defeat, equalised on 58 minutes through captain Gethin Davies.
But who else came up with the winner after 64 minutes than Trearddur veteran Les Davies, Matt Reynolds with the assist.
Davies’ talents first truly emerged with Glantraeth in 2003-04 when he helped knock Bangor City out of the Welsh Cup. “The Truck” soon joined Bangor and the rest is history.
Wanderers finished off their debut season in style with an emphatic home win over Betws-y-Coed at Y Morfas.
A close first half somehow ended 1-1 with the hosts creating plenty of chances but only taking the one through Kelvin Berks.
After the goal, Wanderers took their foot off the pedal and allowed Adam Stevenson to equalise, making it all-square at the break.
The second half started as the first ended, with Wanderers failing to get out of first gear. This allowed Betws to take the lead through Matthew Latham.
Finally, Wanderers got themselves together and started playing some of their best football of the season.
They equalised almost instantly after an Ash Garrett corner was headed across goal by Berks for Alex Garrett to lash a half volley into the roof of the net.
Now on the up, the hosts made it 3-2 on 65 minutes via Domenico Galante, who headed home an Alex Garrett cross.
After a missed Wanderers penalty, the following attack resulted in Alex Garrett delivering for Galante to tap home from a couple of yards.
It was turning into a great day for Galante, who marked what was sadly his final game for Wanderers with two goals and a great all round performance before he moves to London next season.
In the 76th minute it was 5-2. Dougie Lonsdale’s 35 yard strike was brilliantly tipped onto the crossbar by keeper Gareth Hastie, but Alex Garrett was quickest to the loose ball and headed home.
With the game won, Wanderers got the opportunity to give a winning send-off to Ian Hannah, who came on for his final appearance before hanging up his boots.
Betws had Jack Gibbon and Saeed Jones dismissed for two yellows.
Meilir Williams’ 45th goal of the season on 85 minutes looked to have won this season-closer for Llanuwchllyn, but Builth rallied late to snatch a point through Ciaran Price’s equaliser.
The result means Llan have to settle for a third-place finish in Tier 3, but still qualify for a promotion play-off with runners-up Bow Street not applying for Tier 2 status.
Builth will finish fourth with one more game to play at Cefn Albion on Saturday.
Joy for Buckley as they ended the season with their very first win of the 2023-24 league campaign at the 20th attempt.
Pointless and bottom before kick-off, Bucks at least got off the mark and in some style at the expense of Port.
Max Moore (2), Evan Lowry, James Johnson, Scott Davies and William Weaver shared the home goals.
Carwyn Davies‘ sixth-minute goal handed Rhos a half-time advantage, but Jack Goulbourn equalisd after 52 to earn the hosts a point.
Cieran Williams delivered the 79th minute decider which secured Llandudno a place in the final where they will meet The New Saints Reserves this Friday at Maes Tegid (7.30 pm).
Taking on Tier 3 North champions Nantlle Vale in last Thursday’s semi at the OPS Wind Arena, the visitors led through Aaron Griffiths’ 18th minute goal.
It remained 1-0 up to half time, but Levi Montgomery levelled on 63 minutes and the stage was set for Williams to provide the winner.
