Premier Division

CPD Penrhyndeudraeth 0 Bethesda Athletic 1
Dean Redmond smashed in the only goal on 70 minutes to ensure Premier champions Bethesda rounded off their league campaign in style with a victory.
Mark N Hughes’ side won the title by an impressive eight points and will be promoted to tier 3 next season.
Athletic chalked up 21 wins in 28 matches and were beaten just twice.

Llanrug United 4 CPD Pentraeth 0
Llanrug’s impressive end-of-season run stretched to 14 matches unbeaten – 12 wins – with a four-goal beating of bottom side Pentraeth.
The Eithin Duon side will grab third place if they beat local rivals Llanberis at home in their final game on Saturday. Llanberis need just a draw to claim third.
Wednesday night’s match saw James Phillips notch a first-half hat-trick for United before Shaun Roberts added a fourth on 68 minutes.

Talysarn Celts 3 Gwalchmai 1
Luke Baum, captain Llion Jones and Jack Usher all scored in the first half to clinch victory for Celts.
Gwion Thomas nabbed Gwalchmai’s sole reply in the second half.

CPD Mynydd Llandegai 1 CPD Aberffraw 1
Osian Jones edged Mynydd one-up four minutes into the second half, but an equaliser on 67 from substitute Tomos Hughes rescued a point for Berffro.

Division One

CPD Y Fali 2 Caergybi 4
James Ryan pocketed a hat-trick as Caergybi took the honours in Wednesday night’s Cob derby at Parc Mwd.
Ryan struck on 14, 15 and 77 minutes for the visitors, with Louis Chapman adding a late fourth.
Casey Boylan and Adam Roberts replied for Y Fali.

NORTH WALES COAST EAST PREMIER DIVISION

CPD Llansannan 5 Prestatyn Sports 4
Two added-time strikes secured a dramatic win for Llansannan in a nine-goal thriller.
Tom Kelly handed the hosts a first minute lead, but Sports hit back with three goals without reply, Alex Hall, Mike Jones and Jordan Taylor on the mark.
Adam Gage struck for the home team on 39 minutes to make it 3-2 at the break.
Leon Gierke levelled early in the second half, but the visitors nudged ahead again through Antonio Jacovelli on 68.
Mark Price of Sports was red-carded in the 90th minute and the 10-men were unable to hang on, Gierke equalising on 93 before James Thomas delivered the winner with 99 on the clock.

Meliden 1 Mochdre Sports 1
Lucas Edwards grabbed an 87th minute equaliser to earn Meliden a point.
Josh Grimshaw had struck first for Mochdre in the 31st minute.

NWCFA RESERVE LEAGUE

Kinmel Bay Reserves 0 Llanfairfechan Reserves 4
Jack Burley, Harry Croston and a second-half Thomas Croston double earned Llanfairfechan a convincing result at Y Morfa.

FAW RESERVE LEAGUE NORTH EAST

Penycae Reserves 7 Cefn Albion Reserves 2
Harry Killick, Evan Davies, Josh Mazzarella, Danny Holland, Austin Owen, Drew Wickens and an N/A clinched an emphatic win for third-placed Penycae, who scored five times in the first period.
Kai Morris scored two early goals for Albion, who led twice in the opening half, but also had Kos Jones red-carded on 33 minutes.

Gresford Athletic Reserves 1 Brickfield Rangers Reserves 2
Jack Honey gave Brickfield the lead on 64 minutes, Rob Reynolds levelled after 74, but substitute Kian Parry grabbed the decider for Rangers with 84 on the clock.

TUESDAY REPORTS

NORTH EAST WALES LEAGUE

Championship Division

Johnstown YFC 0 Ruabon Rovers 12

Goal machines Ruabon were back to their ruthless selves at Johnstown having been becalmed in their Two Counties Cup Final loss to Gronant four days earlier.
Goals at Matty Jones Circle were shared between Kyle Evans (3), Andrew Swarbrick (3), Conner Kendrick (2), Michael Jones, Josh Hughes, Ryan Williams and Paul Mazzarella.
Swarbrick and Kendrick have now netted 100 goals between them in all competitions. Swarbrick has 55 and Kendrick 45.
This win put Ruabon top of the Championship with 49 points from 18 games and a goal difference of 105. Caerwys also have 49 points from 19 games with a GD of +49.
Caerwys are home to Ruabon on May 25. A draw or win for Ruabon will clinch them the title, while a Caerwys victory would put them three points clear but having played all their fixtures.
That would leave Ruabon needing three points from their final game at FC United of Wrexham on May 27 to be crowned champions on goal difference.
Rovers have a big date this Friday when they take on Premier Division champions FC Queen’s Park in the NEWFA Horace Wynne Cup Final at Ruthin Town, 7.30 pm start.

Premier Division

Penyffordd Lions 5 FC Queen’s Park 4
Already crowned champions, Queen’s Park’s run of 12 straight league win came to an end at Penyffordd.
Nathan Griffith, Jack Pyke-Jones, Marcus Davies, Ben Hughes and a Richard Jones own goal clinched a nine-goal thriller in the Lions’ favour
Mike Latham (2), Callum Roberts and Richard Jones hit back for the title-winners.

Last season’s champions Greenfield clinched fourth spot this time around with a resounding triumph at Connah’s Quay Town.
Bailey Roberts (2), Liam Simon, Nathan Williams, Sam Edwards, Kieran Roberts and Ryan Jones split the away goals, Ben Howarth replying.

A good three points for Llay, Thomas Prebble, Jamie Heath, Charlie Prebble and Leighton Evans bagging a goal each.

Convincing win on their travels for Bont, Cameron Owen, Owen Chidley, Meilir Owen, Alex Kalafusz and Meilir Rowlands with a goal apiece.

LOCK STOCK ARDAL NORTH EAST

Dolgellau 0 Llanuwchllyn 2
Gwydion Ifan and Joe Williams pocketed the first-half goals which booked a three-point return for Llanuwchllyn, who finish fourth in the table.
Dolgellau had Daniel Thomas dismissed for a second yellow in the 84th minute.
