Llanfairpwll 0 Trearddur Bay 4

Two goals apiece from Tom Scott and Asa Thomas guided unbeaten Trearddur to an impressive 4-0 success at Maes Eilian which keeps them just a point behind leaders Cemaes Bay with two games in hand.
Hosts Llanfairpwll had recorded back-to-back wins in the league and were also looking to continue their impressive season.
The visitors took the ascendancy after 12 minutes. Thomas’ whipped free kick forced keeper Rhys Owen to parry the ball out and it was slotted home smartly by midfielder Scott.
The home side responded with a couple of half chances and tried to apply pressure, forcing veteran goalkeeper Paul Pritchard into a save before the break, but the Bay back four looked calm and collected.
The second half saw Bay continue to dominate and they doubled their lead on the hour with a good passage of play leading to a simple tap-in, again by the silver fox in the box Scott.
Llanfair heads dropped at this point, and it took only five more minutes until the game was wrapped up by lethal striker Thomas, who coolly finished into the bottom corner after some good link play.
Pwll’s day got worse when in-form midfielder Jay Finter was shown a straight red for comments made to the referee.
With the man advantage the visitors moved the ball around well and striker Thomas was brought down for a penalty in the 75th minute.
