Iroshan De Silva became the first North Wales Cricket League batsman to pass 1,000 runs this season as his inspirational 128 not out led Gwersyllt Park to victory at Bodlondeb.
The Sri Lankan opener pushed his league total for the campaign to 1,042 with his third century of the summer on Saturday.
Since June 18, Iroshan has amassed 721 runs in just eight innings, compared to 321 from his first eight knocks. He has struck three tons in his last five visits to the crease.
Gwersyllt put Conwy into bat on Saturday, the hosts presenting a more than decent score of 209 all out.
Daniel Davies made 68 and skipper Jonathon Davies 31, Ethan McCarthy 2-34 and Alfie Lythgoe 2-35 for the visitors.
Gwersyllt reached 213-6 in 42.3 overs for a 12-3 points triumph, skipper De Silva posting 16 fours in his ton and receiving good support from Lythgoe (34) after the travellers dipped to 71-5.
Guto Davies notched 3-46 for Conwy.

Bangor seconds won the toss, elected to bat, and were blitzed out for just 43 in 18 overs, Harrison Jones taking 3-1 off five overs, Joe Lewis 3-12 and Ifan Jones 2-18.
The hosts eased to 44-0 in 9.2 overs, Sam Lewis 23 not out and Gerallt Lyall 20 no.
Long-serving opener Lyall has now passed 9,000 runs in all forms of senior cricket.

The Quay ended on 144-7 in 34.2 overs, Darren Jones (29 not out) adding further crucial runs on top of Allen’s half-century.
Jack Williamson picked up 3-30 and Joe Williamson 2-24 for the visitors, who put up a fine battle.
Jamie Griffiths grabbed 4-4 off nine overs as Halkyn kept their title hopes on the boil with a 10-wicket breeze at Pant Newydd.
Marchwiel and Wrexham decided to bat and collapsed from 17-0 to 42 all out in just 24.1 overs.
