Amlwch Town women’s football team are seeking a new manager.
Last season’s boss, Martin Jones, has stepped down having led the team to fourth place in the North Wales Women’s League in 2021-22.
The Anglesey side now need a new person in charge for the 2022-23 campaign in the newly restructured North East Wales Women’s and Girls Football League.
Amlwch boast a mixture of experienced and talented young players.
They won the North Wales Supplementary Cup in 2018-19 and the North Wales Women’s League Division Two title in 2019-20.
Last term they were the first team to take a point off eventual champions CPD Y Rhyl 1879 and were in the title picture until the closing weeks.
Many of the Amlwch squad have represented Ynys Môn at the Island Games and several were in the silver-medal winning group of 2019.
Anyone interested in taking on the manager’s role should contact club chairman Adrian Jones on 07747 603434 or e-mail adrianvjones@btinternet.com
