Airbus UK Broughton v Connah’s Quay Nomads

Airbus and Nomads men’s teams have shared some great local derbies down the years, but tomorrow it will be the turn of the women.
Kick-off at the Hollingsworth Group Stadium in Broughton is at 2 pm and it will be two teams from the tier 2 Genero Adran North in action.
Nomads kicked off the season with a couple of big wins over Denbigh Town, but were brought back down to earth in a 5-2 home loss to Llandudno last weekend.
Airbus coasted through the last Welsh Cup round 5-0 at Welshpool and will be up for the battle against their rivals who are based just over seven miles away. They will have new signings from Rhyl, experienced duo Ceri Purvis and Natalie Harrison, available.

NFA v CPD Y Rhyl 1879

Two Rhyl-based teams are for some unconfirmed reason playing this tie at Ffordd Ty Newydd, Meliden.
This will be the first meeting between these sides and both sets of players will be familiar with one another.
Many of the NFA squad used to play for Rhyl FC before the club folded in 2020 and 1879 was formed.
NFA have played three matches to date, winning their last two and losing the first, while unfortunately Rhyl have not been able to make a start yet. Hopefully that will not hinder them too much; they are an experienced side with many good players on board.

Pwllheli v Llandudno

Could be the tie of the round.
Pwllheli have made an encouraging start to the campaign with three wins from four outings so far.
After losing 6-0 at Wrexham in their opening Genero Adran North game, Pwll bounced back by beating the same opponents 3-1 in the league cup.
The Llyn side then eliminated Amlwch Town from the Welsh Cup 4-0 before last weekend earning their first league points, edging past Airbus 2-1.
Ex-Llandudno star Katie Bowe, who featured as a substitute for new club Pwllheli last weekend after being out with injury, could be in line for a start tomorrow.
Pwll have some outstanding talent in the ranks, but what about Llandudno? Four wins out of four so far and 22 goals scored, with 17-year-old forward Ella Jones netting 10 in her last three matches.

Wrexham v The New Saints

What a chance for Wrexham to make their mark as they welcome Genero Adran Premier (tier 1) visitors The New Saints.
Mari Edwards’ side have had a mixed start to the season.
They caned Pwllheli 6-0 in the league and triumphed 6-1 at Llanfair United in the Welsh Cup, but lost 3-1 to Pwllheli in the league cup and crashed 8-3 at Bethel in Genero Adran North last weekend.
Top scorer Rosie Hughes – 9 goals in her first three games – went off ill against Bethel, so it is hoped she will be back and ready to test the Saints defence.
Saints are bottom of the Genero Adran Premier after four straight losses, but performed well in a 2-0 defeat at Cardiff Met last Sunday.
