Amlwch Town 3 (Edney 71, Griffiths 75, Billington 90+3)
Gaerwen 1 (Morris 17)

Three goals in the closing 20 minutes clinched Amlwch victory in Saturday’s Premier Division battle at Lon Bach.

Shaun Morris put Gaerwen in front after 17 minutes and they held that lead until the final quarter of the match.

Town equalised in the 71st minute when visiting keeper Callum Tipton parried away a shot, but Jordan Edney was following up to force the ball over the line.

Josh Griffiths made it 2-1 before in injury time Liam Billington’s free kick from near the left touchline flew in beyond Tipton’s grasp.

CPD Aberffraw 3 (A Jones 5, Bolton 24, Davies OG 72)
Glantraeth 1 (Evans 26)

Aberffraw bounced back from the disappointment of a heavy midweek defeat at the hands of Bodedern by beating local rivals Glantraeth at Cae Cynlas.

Andrew Jones handed Berffro an early lead and Gary Bolton made it two before Dion Evans replied on 26 minutes.

Into the second half, and the next goal would be vital. It came from Glantraeth – but sadly Gethin Davies found the wrong net and it was Aberffraw who took the three points.

CPD Nefyn United 2 (Williams 4, D Jones 43)
Menai Bridge Tigers 1 (Roberts 13)

Leaders Nefyn made it six wins in a row with a hard-fought success over Menai Bridge at Cae’r Delyn.

Llyr Pennant Williams edged the Penwaig in front after just four minutes, but Craig Roberts made it all-square on 13.

Two minutes before the break, Dylan Sion Jones notched what turned out to be the winner for the home team.

CPD Pwllheli 7 (Jamie Banks 1, J Williams 1, Toplis 6, 16, 30 & 32, Jason Banks 66)
Gwalchmai 1 (D Owen pen 45)

Steffan Toplis netted four for Pwllheli

Steffan Toplis was a four-goal hero for Pwllheli as they lashed seven past Gwalchmai at The Rec.

Toplis scored all of his goals in a dominant first half for the hosts, who went in 6-1 ahead, Jamie Banks and Jac Williams having netted very early on.

Gwalch’s top-scorer Dion Owen replied from the penalty spot.

Just the one goal was scored in the second half, Jason Banks on target for the hosts.

Bethesda Rovers 1 (H Jones OG 42)
Waunfawr 6 (H Jones 10, Bohana 12 & 60, S Roberts 14 & 19, Parry 80)

Iwan Bohana and Sion Roberts scored two apiece as the Beganifs hit the opposition for six.

Leading 4-1 at half time, the other away goals came via Hywel Jones and David Parry.

Rovers’ reply was through a Hywel Jones own goal.

Llanfairpwll 1 (Finter 38)
Talysarn Celts 3 (Baum 40 & 90, J Jones 55)

Top of the table Talysarn fought back from a goal down to see off in-form Llanfairpwll at Maes Eilian.

Jay Finter put the hosts in front on 38 minutes, but Luke Baum made it one-apiece soon after.

Jac Jones gave Celts the lead in the 55th minute and Baum sealed it in the 90th.

Cemaes Bay 2 (Roberts 71, Reynolds 90)
Bontnewydd 1 (McGrath 61)

Friday night’s action saw Cemaes come from behind to take three points with a last-minute winner from new signing Matty Reynolds.

Another recent Cemaes acquisition, Matty Roberts, had equalised on 71 minutes after Sean McGrath edged in-form Bontnewydd ahead just past the hour.
