DIVISION THREE

HAWARDEN PARK 2ND XI (14) 148-3 CLWB CRICED CAERNARFON (1) 146-7

Depleted Caernarfon lost the leadership of Division Three after a seven-wicket loss at Moor Lane.
The Cofis were missing seven players and had to use their fourth-choice wicket-keeper, but were determined to keep the game on.
Winning the toss and electing to bat, the visitors made a respectable 146-7 off 40 overs, Ian Morgan hitting 27, Huw Erddyn Davies 23 and Monis Altaf 22, while veterans Simon Davis (21 no) and Roddy Denton (19) did well.
Haseeb Hanif Bikya picked up 2-26 for the hosts.
In the end, Hawarden Park were just too strong, with Caernarfon lacking the legs and experience in the field to restrict their batters.
Skipper Martin Hinton made 47, Craig Wilson 43 and Anthony Salisbury 22 as the home side reached 148-3 off just 28 overs for a 14-1 success, Altaf taking 2-42 for the Cofis.

ABERGELE 2ND XI (12) 185-10 CORWEN (3) 145-10

Jain Sebastian’s dominant 87 ensured Abergele ended up winners at the expense of Corwen.
Gele, who were 25-3 at one stage, set a formidable 185 all out, Scott Kearns claiming 4-22 and Jordan Williams 2-19 for the visitors,
In reply, Corwen gave it a good go, finishing 145 all out, Kevin Sharp topping the chart with 45 after putting on 56 for the first wicket with Llyr Jones (22).
For Gele, Rick Ashby nabbed 3-22 and Iwan Thomas 2-16.

BRYMBO 2ND XI (1) 147-10 PONTBLYDDYN 2ND XI (14) 154-3

New leaders Pontblyddyn seconds were grateful for a considerable unbroken fourth wicket stand between Chris Myles and Dave Evans for seeing them to victory.
George Bourne made the biggest contribution of 36 as Brymbo seconds were all back in the hutch for 147, Fraser Keay 3-24 for Pont.
In response, the visitors reached 154-3 off 30.5, Myles 55 no, Evans 49 no and opener Gethin Thomas 38.

BUCKLEY 2ND XI (13) 180-10 GWERSYLLT PARK 2ND XI (2) 127-10

Gary Mayers (51) and skipper Danny Peover (40) did most to ensure Buckley set a winning total at Lane End.
Graeme Bell produced the best figures for the visitors of 2-16.
Park were dismissed for 127, Fabio Franco an excellent 4-16 off nine overs, Sam Booth 2-24 and Jack Gibson 2-25.

CLWB CRICED CONWY 2ND XI (15) 159-0 PWLLHELI 2ND XI (0) 156-6

Stuart Watkins hit a maiden ton, scoring an unbeaten 112, as Conwy seconds sped to a 10-wicket victory over Pwllheli seconds at Bodlondeb.
The Llyn visitors posted 156-6, Ben Cowper with 41 and Osian Williams 28 not out, Philip Davies 3-24 for the hosts.
Openers Watkins and Graham Heath (40 no) put on an unbroken 159 to seal a 15-0 outcome.

DIVISION FOUR

MYNYDD ISA & MAESHAFN (14) 184-7 MARCHWIEL & WREXHAM 2ND XI (1) 100-8

A first wicket stand of 70 set the tone for yet another win achieved by table-toppers Mynydd Isa and Maeshafn.
Stuart Applewhite (57) and Sivaraman Seramanperuman (30) helped the hosts, who were put into bat, make 184-7, Jeremy Wilks best for the visitors with 2-31.
Marchwiel and Wrexham seconds were then limited to 100-8, Prasad Jadhav 3-16 Rahul Patil 2-15 for the leaders.

BETHESDA 2ND XI (14) CARMEL & DISTRICT 2ND XI (-15)
Carmel conceded.

DOLGELLAU 2ND XI (13) 142-5 LLANDUDNO 2ND XI (2) 140-9

Joe Williamson starred with bat and ball as he scored a half-ton and took three wickets in this Dolgellau triumph at The Marian.
Llandudno posted 140-9 off their 40 overs, Matthew Lambe 28 and Will McKinley 24 down the order, Williamson grabbing 3-26 and Llio Parry 2-28.
Williamson then hit 50 exactly as Dol reached 142-5 in 36.4, skipper Stuart Evans 30 not out.

HALKYN 2ND XI (14) 135-3 HAWARDEN PARK 3RD XI (1) 132-5

Mohammed Ellango starred for Halkyn seconds with a match-clinching knock of 79 at Pant Newydd.
Park were inserted and restricted to 132-5, skipper Peter Hinton 41, Vimal Kannan 2-20 for the hosts.
Ellango’s innings did far the most to guide Halkyn to a winning 135-3 in just 22 overs, Luke Tyndall 2-31.

RHEWL (0) 104-10 RUTHIN 2ND XI (15) 206-5

Ieuan Wynne Lewis cracked 74 and opening partner Ifan Hanifa 38 as Ruthin seconds rattled up an imposing 206-5 against their derby rivals.
Steffan Lloyd pocketed 3-44 for Rhewl, who these days play at neutral Bersham.
The hosts were bowled out for 104, Michael Farmer with a spirited 26, while Gareth Beach pouched 4-23, Jonny Clayton 3-19 and Oliver Jones 3-26 for the winners.
