The deadlock was broken on 12 minutes when Paul Rowlands was felled in the box and Hogan dispatched the subsequent penalty.

In the 14th minute Kelvin Frazer doubled the lead from a Rowlands assist.

Hogan was provider on the half hour when he set up Redmond to score.

Caergybi replied with a good goal before close to the break, fine work from Kevin Roberts led to Hogan scoring with a 25-yard chip.

Redmond made it 5-1 on the hour, Rowlands again key in the build up.

Both Hogan and Redmond struck the crossbar before the end.

Caergybi also created some very good chances on the break and could have pulled a couple of goals back.
