Warren Gibbs has stepped down as director of football at Cymru North club Conwy Borough.
Borough have confirmed that due to time commitments away from football, Gibbs has decided to leave the Y Morfa with immediate effect.
Gibbs took over as manager of Conwy in December 2018, replacing Gareth Thomas after a very successful stint in charge of Glantraeth.
He took on the director of football role in April 2019.
A statement from Conwy Borough said: “The club would like to thank Warren for the positive impact that he has had since coming on board in December 2018. He leaves us in a creditable position in the table and we wish him well in the future.
“Everyone at the club is very pleased with the performances in what is a very tough league. The players and staff have been first class and we are backing them to finish the campaign in a positive manner whilst looking ahead to maintaining the momentum next season.”
Borough slipped to seventh in the Cymru North after a 2-0 defeat at Bangor City on Tuesday.
Overall, the Tangerines have been enjoying a rewarding season with a number of good results on their record.
