North East Wales League: Bradley off the mark with six of the best

Bradley Park celebrated their first victory of the season with a 6-1 romp at Bellevue in the Top Mark Uniforms North East Wales League.

Mike Parry, Jon Smith, Lee Griffiths, Rhys Williams, Brandon Clegg and Jason Ratcliffe netted a goal apiece for the Park, while Matthew Connolly ensured Delwyn Derrick’s band of merry men featured on the scoreboard.

Chirk Town maintained their winning start with a 3-2 result against Borras Park Albion.

Naz Farhat, Josh Langford and Lewis Penrose struck for the Taverners, but Lewis Evans and Callum Roberts ensured much-improved Borras ran the home team close.

On Friday night the village boys won the derby as goals from Ryan Williams and Nathan Howartson earned Sychdyn a 2-1 result at Mold Town United, Aaron North replying.

Brymbo Victoria edged a 4-3 verdict at Acton, Kenny Roberts, Danny Edwards, Joe Humphreys and Adam Lloyd (pen) for the visitors, who bagged two late goals to nick the points, Steve Powell and Tommy Hallam (2) replying.
