Goalden Girl: Caernarfon Town’s young ace Megan Williams hits double-figures
Teenager Megan Williams hit double figures for the season following her hat-trick for Caernarfon Town in Sunday’s 4-1 win over Kinmel Bay.
Hawarden Park’s Lexi Weaver edged up to nine goals after scoring in a 4-2 defeat at Connah’s Quay U19s, while new Wrexham sensation Natasha Thomas made it eight goals in five outings after netting in a 3-1 success at Barry Town United in the Adran Premier.
With so few women’s games played on Sunday due to the storms, there has been little activity overall in the Goalden Girl chart.
The list is limited to competitive senior football only and does not include junior goals (except where a junior side plays in a senior league such as Connah’s Quay Nomads U19s) or goals scored in recreational leagues.
The Goalden Girl is now in its 10th season.
