He had spent many loyal seasons with Ruthin, who he joined aged 11, scoring another 16 goals in 2019-20 before he was finally tempted to try his luck at a higher level when he signed for Bala Town in June 2020 ahead of their Europa League campaign.

Game time was limited at Maes Tegid for the former Wales Under-16 striker, an ex-pupil of Ysgol Brynhyfryd in Ruthin, so he switched to Cymru North club Colwyn Bay on loan in February 2021.
The move to Llanelian Road became permanent in June 2021, but after just seven appearances for the Seagulls, Morris returned to Ruthin in January 2022 and had netted a further 48 goals in 135 appearances before his switch to Llannefydd this week.
