Ardal North West hopefuls Hotspur will visit Carmarthen Town, mid-table in tier 2 Cymru South, while Llanuwchllyn face a mouth-watering trip to T2 Cymru North side Denbigh Town.
These two clubs were in the same Ardal North West League in 2021-22.
Elsewhere in the draw, Cymru North outfit Mold Alexandra, conquerors of top flight side Briton Ferry Llansawel at the weekend, landed a visit to holders Connah’s Quay Nomads.
Colwyn Bay, second in Cymru North and in great form, will make the daunting journey to Cymru Premier champions and Uefa Conference League group stage participants The New Saints – a return for Seagulls manager Mike Wilde to one of his former clubs where he won a host of silverware.
