Six new teams in Ardal North West, Ardal NE up to 16 members after Brickfield make switch
Six new teams will appear in the Tier 3 Lock Stock Ardal North West League in 2024-25.
Corwen come up as 2023-24 champions of the North East Wales League Premier Division, as do runners-up Connah’s Quay Town. North Wales Coast West Premier title-winners Trearddur Bay and second-place Menai Bridge Tigers also elevate, as do last season’s North Wales Coast East Premier table-toppers, Rhyl-based NFA.
Joining the promoted five as new members of Ardal North West will be Porthmadog, relegated from the Cymru North.
Leaving Ardal North West are last season’s champions and runners-up respectively, Flint Mountain and Llay Welfare, who enter the Tier 2 Cymru North for the first time.
Relegated from ANW down to Tier 4 are Bethesda Athletic, Hawarden Rangers and Saltney Town.
Brickfield Rangers, meanwhile, switch from Ardal North West to Ardal North East.

Meanwhile, Lock Stock Ardal North East, which operated with 15 teams last season, is up to an even 16 for 2024-25.
Last season’s ANE champions Penrhyncoch have been promoted to the JD Cymru North, while Welshpool Town and Llanrhaeadr YM are relegated.
Newcomers are Brickfield Rangers, who move over from Ardal North West, Kerry, promoted from Central Wales, and coming down from the Cymru North are Chirk AAA and Llanidloes Town.
