Hat-trick hero Jos Jones grabbed a 99th minute winner to ensure Pwllheli made it five league victories on the bounce and moved up to second place in Ardal North West.
Saturday’s stunning success at St Asaph City was the most dramatic yet for the Llŷn Peninsula side, who have also seen off Llangefni Town, Hawarden Rangers, Holyhead Hotspur and leaders CPD Y Rhyl 1879 on their current wonder run.
And they achieved a 4-3 triumph at Roe Plas Meadows with 10 men following the first half dismissal of leading goalscorer Ashley Ainsworth.
In an incident-packed end to the first half, Jake Walker edged Saints in front in the opening minute of stoppage time.
Ainsworth saw red in the fourth added minute, but with 52 gone, Carl Jones levelled matters with a penalty.
The 10-men battled hard after the break and in the 66th minute went 2-1 up when Jos Jones finished from a Marcus Banks assist.
Walker made it 2-2 on 81, Jos Jones nudged Pwll back ahead after 88, but five minutes into overtime, a Jamie Underwood own goal evened things up at three-apiece.
There was one final twist in the tale as former Llandudno Albion and Bangor 1876 player Jos Jones completed his hat-trick and made it eight goals for the season with that 99th minute decider.
A truly remarkable win for a team which has now risen to second in Ardal North West.
Three late goals won this one for Gareth Wilson’s Brickfield side.
Andy Vale broke the deadlock on 80 minutes, Aiden Fox made it 2-0 after 88 and deep into stoppage time, substitute Cameron Thomas added number three.
Three wins in their last five outings have done much to boost the survival hopes of a Hawarden side who failed to record a victory in their first 11 attempts.
Rangers’ latest success came at the expense of FAW Trophy quarter-finalists Llannefydd.
James Ratcliffe edged the hosts into the lead in just the first minute, Tom Bridges with the assist.
Llion Morris equalised five minutes into the second half, but sub Connor Parry plundered the winner on 73.
A cracking away win for Llay, who completed the double over Llangefni having beaten them 2-1 at The Ring back in September.
Mike Gadie and Steven Halliwell’s side made a fine start at Cae Bob Parry when Jonathan Collo, an Ardal North West Player of the Month contender, set up Scott Swords for an eighth minute opener.
The points were sealed through an 83rd minute penalty from Michael Wright.
All-square at Gwydir Park, Cal MacDonald having given Felinheli a 23rd-minute lead before Sam Thomas drew Llanrwst level from the penalty spot after 58.
