Mark N Hughes’ table-topping Bethesda side maintained their nine-point lead at the summit with a convincing victory against bottom team Pentraeth on Saturday.
Athletic got off to a flyer, Daniel Hughes scoring in just the third minute before Scott Hughes made it two after seven from the penalty spot.
Benn Lundstram added a third in just the 16th minute and close to the break Joe Todd put away number four for the hosts.

Nine minutes into the second half, Kyle Hartleb joined the scoring spree by making it 5-0.
Pentraeth had not given up just yet and two goals in three minutes from Tyler Mapp and Kian Abbott cut the deficit to three.
Adrian Roberts put the home team back on track by boosting the advantage to 6-2, new Pentraeth signing Jay Finter cut the arrears again with a spot-kick, but the final word fell to Pesda’s Todd with an 80th minute seventh for the leaders.
CPD Llanberis 7 Amlwch Town 1
Second-place Llanberis made it three league wins on the bounce by walloping seven past Amlwch.
Goals were shared between Tom Saynor (2), Tomos Owen, Ifan Mansoor, Jamie Mcdaid, Tom Collins and Owain Roberts, Arden Gisbourne with a single reply for the Anglesey visitors.
CPD Mynydd Llandegai 1 CPD Nefyn United 3
Ifan Jones was a hat-trick hero for Nefyn at Penrhiw, scoring on 42, 66 and 73 minutes to earn maximum points for his side.
Liam Willighan responded with a late consolation for Llandegai.
