Strengths to your play

My pace is definitely my biggest strength on the pitch

Weaknesses in your play

Accident prone, walk away with at least 5 injuries in a game🫣

How do you feel Llanystumdwy’s second season in the North Wales Women’s League is going so far?

Commitment and getting enough players to form a squad has been very difficult at times; so in my opinion the season hasn’t been the greatest compared to last year.

Do you feel you are doing better than last season? (last season you won 5, this season you have won 3 but have eight games to go)

As we still have 8 games to play I can’t really say that we are or we’re not. We’ve struggled with commitment and have been travelling to games with less than 11 or 11 and no subs and giving it our all. We will be working hard to get better stats than last season in these next 8 games! Hopefully ending the season with more wins💪🏾

What has been the team’s best performance this season?

The second game against Pwllheli this season! It shows our improvement from last year’s friendly up to now

And the worst performance?

Our first game against Llanfairfechan. We were winning 2-0 until the 79th minute and they got three goals within the space of 6 minutes🤦🏽‍♀️😳

Best team faced this season

Bangor 1876

Personal highlight of this season so far

Scoring a hat-trick against my home town club (Flint Town United). It was nice to get a hat-trick on home soil with my family there to watch⚫️⚪️

Which Llanystumdwy team-mate has impressed you most?

Recently, Leonie O’Hara. She has come out of her shell massively this season and the tackles she is putting in😳 she puts in a proper graft every game

How do you rate your own form this season (nine goals so far, compared to 13 last season)?

The beginning of the season was a slow start for me, only scoring 1 goal in our first 7 games. I am now currently on 9 and considering we still have 8 games to go I hope I can exceed last season’s tally🤞🏽

What do you think of the overall standard of your league?

It’s a very decent standard, we have had some very competitive games and other games where we’ve lost but definitely learnt from.

What are your hopes for the remainder of the season?

To win as many games as possible.

How would you like to see Llanystumdwy progress in the future?

With the hopes of gaining more players, I hope to see Llan further up the table in the next season.
