Owen Davies found the net on five occasions as unbeaten The New Saints Reserves moved 12 points clear at the summit yesterday evening (Wednesday).
Dan Burnett and Paris Grey were also on target in the win, with hosts Buckley giving it their all but ultimately being outclassed.

A 14th straight win for the Saints
On target at Alyn Park were Tomas Jones (2), Luke Johnston and Josh Evans.
Brickfield Rangers Reserves 0 Hawarden Rangers Reserves 3
Noah Sumner (2) and sub Ryan Evans split the goals which delivered Hawarden maximum points at Clywedog Park.
Chirk AAA Reserves 1 Airbus UK Broughton Reserves 0

Captain and club legend Phil Pearce scored the only goal as second-place Chirk Reserves edged past visitors Airbus.
Pearce struck just before the interval with his sixth goal of the season – a towering header from a Niall Freeman free kick.
Airbus had the opportunity to equalise in the closing minutes when they were awarded a penalty but the spot kick hit the post and rebounded to safety.

A magnificent seven from Llanrug, the goals supplied by Morgan Williams (2), Owen Roden (2), James Bell, Sam Griffiths and Berian Llwyd.
CPD Llanberis Reserves 7 Bontnewydd Reserves 0
Another 7-0 thrashing, this time dished out by Llanberis Reserves.
The Darans as a club had a fantastic weekend, with the firsts also in ruthless form, whipping Gwalchmai 6-0.
Reserves goals came from Jonathan Cyster (2), Owain Roberts, Kyle Jones, Deio Roberts, Ryan Turner and Jac Davies.

Charlie Gorham’s 75th minute goal was sufficient to earn Albion three points at The Muga.

Llangollen Town Reserves 0 Holywell Town Development 1
Harry Doleman’s strike on the half-hour made sure of a Wellmen victory.
Nantlle Vale Reserves 3 Llanrwst United Reserves 1
Callum Parry put the Rwsters in front from the penalty spot in first half added time, but Deion Hughes hit back for Vale before the interval whistle.
Daniel Bell made it 2-1 on 73 minutes, then Hughes wrapped it up with his second and Nantlle’s third deep into overtime.
Ruthin Town Reserves 4 Llandudno Under-23’s 1
Leaders Ruthin made it 10 wins in 11 outings by seeing off Llandudno.
Meirion Pughe, Iorwerth Jones and two Robbie Williams penalties made up the home tally, but it remained 1-1 up until the 87th minute.
Pughe’s first-minute net-finder separated the sides at half time, but Euan Hince levelled matters early in the second period.
