Bodedern’s demise has meant several of their players joined new clubs today

The withdrawal of Bodedern Athletic from the Ardal North West League on Wednesday has meant a number of their players finding new clubs.
Transfers include:
JAMIE RYAN JONES
Menai Bridge Tigers have signed former Boded man Jones.
Tigers manager Aaron Rowlands moved swiftly to secure the free agent’s signature.
Jamie made nine league appearances for Bodedern this season, and was a member of the squad that clinched last season’s Cynghrair Pêl Droed Arfordir Gogledd Cymru – Gorllewin title and reached the FAW Amateur Trophy quarter-finals.
Rowlands said: “Jamie is a player I’ve admired from his time at Bro Goronwy, and he went on to achieve great success at Bodedern. I look forward to welcoming him into our side, and I have no doubts he’ll be a great addition to our squad.”
CASEY GREGG
Talented operator who can play on the wing or as an attacking midfielder, Gregg joined Bodedern in 2021-22 after making a great impression for Holyhead Hotspur’s Reserve side.
He was an important part of the tier 4 North Wales Coast West Premier Division title-winning squad.
Casey has now moved to Trearddur Bay of the fifth-tier North Wales Coast West Division One.
JORDIE MURPHY
Returns to Trearddur Bay – a club where he has enjoyed great success in the past.
Marauding midfielder who was an integral part of Bodedern’s 2021-22 title winners.

JORDAN TAYLOR AND RYAN TAYLOR
CPD Llannerchymedd can confirm the signings of Bodedern duo Ryan Taylor and Jordan Taylor.
Llan joint-manager Iwan Williams said “The disheartening news of Bodedern Athletic pulling out of the league was a shock to the village (Boded) especially after their excellent dominance last season. We at Llannerchymedd fc really feel for Ricky and all involved at the club.
“But, out of bad news comes good news, especially for Llan as the Taylor brothers sign for the Medd.
“Jordan is a player I have always admired and been after every summer, but he has always been faithful to Boded. He brings a wealth of experience with him and his pace and energy will bring a much-needed boost to the club.
“Ryan also joins from Bodedern Athletic and is no stranger to Llan as he had a stint with the club many years ago. Ryan also brings a wealth of experience, pace and energy and I’m delighted to have him on board.”
CASEY BOYLAN AND RICHARD WILLIAMS
Defender Boylan and Williams have joined CPD Y Fali from Bodedern.
Boylan is an experienced player who will no doubt improve and command the tier 5 North Wales Coast Division One outfit, also adding quality to the team.
Set-piece and penalties specialist Boylan scored a number of vital goals for Boded last term.
Richard David Williams is another fine defender who will bring added experience and quality to the Fali back line.
SAM GREGSON
Goalscoring midfielder Gregson has rejoined Llangoed, where his input will be hugely welcome.
Gregson notched double figures for Bodedern’s championship-winning side last season.
