ERYRI CONSULTING NORTH WALES COAST WEST PREMIER DIVISION

Glantraeth 0 Menai Bridge Tigers 1

Somewhat a game of two halves at Trefdraeth saw Menai Bridge edge the win which puts them sixth in the Premier table.

Menai took the lead after half an hour. Pressure from Callum Davidson forced Glantraeth goalkeeper Josh Roberts into an error, allowing Lewis Clayton to steal the ball and pass into an empty net.

Tigers generally had the upper hand throughout the first half but only had the one goal to show for it.

Glantraeth were more attacking in the second half and had several chances to equalise.

Keenan Latham forced a reflex save from Lee Moore within two minutes of the restart. Dion Evans saw a header flash narrowly off target on 53 minutes, substitute Luke Winter almost made an instant impact with a shot that crept wide on the hour and Rhodri Williams hit the post in the 67th.

Tigers had opportunities to double the lead, Clayton shooting wide after beating the offside trap, and he also saw a glanced header go over the bar from a Davidson cross.

Resolute defending from the Tigers back line, including a man of the match performance from Johnny Roberts, kept the home side at bay to secure three valuable points for Menai Bridge.

Llanrug United 1 Bethesda Athletic 7

Bethesda are the new leaders after an astonishing 7-1 success at a Llanrug side who are generally always hard to beat at home.

Noa Hughes began the deluge with a 16th minute opener and Daniel Hughes made it 2-0 before the interval.

The second half saw Pesda rampant. Benn Lundstram made it three before two goals in a minute from Daniel Hughes completed his hat-trick.

Cameron Robertson and Kyle Hartleb extended the scoreline to 7-0 by the 83rd minute and all Llanrug could manage was a late consolation from Sam Griffiths.

CPD Aberffraw 3 Talysarn Celts 2

A great performance from Aberffraw saw them inflict defeat on the overnight table leaders.

Mark Jones gave Berffro a sixth-minute lead, Glyn Hughes-Thomas levelled on 22, but an Adam Hallybone penalty ensured the Cae Cynlas hosts were ahead at the break.

Llion Wyn Jones made it 2-2 from the spot on 71 minutes, but Kyle Murphy delivered the winner after 82.

Amlwch Town 0 CPD Nefyn United 3

Josh Piper gave Nefyn a half-time lead before two late Mark Jones strikes ensured Nefyn made the long journey home three points better off.

CPD Llanberis 3 CPD Pwllheli 2

Tomos Saynor, Ifan Mansoor and that man Marcus Orlik’s 67th minute decider booked three great points for the third-placed Darans against their close rivals.

Pwllheli came back from two-down to be level thanks to a Tomos Owen own goal and Dafydd Roberts net-finder on 58 minutes.

CPD Llannerchymedd 2 Gwalchmai 2

Connor Owen’s amazing goal scoring run continued as his 16th of the season helped Gwalchmai earn a point at Tan Parc.

Tomos Jones struck first for Llannerchymedd in the eighth minute before Owen equalised on 33.

It looked like fourth-place Gwalchmai might take all three points when Chris Bennett put them 2-1 up in the 83rd minute.

But late substitute Ioan Tudor had the last word when he plundered a 90th minute leveller for the Medd.
