Two first-half goals were enough to earn Nantlle the points at Cae Seilo.
Alwyn Roberts opened the scoring in the 13th minute with a low curling shot from just inside the penalty area.
It was nearly two when substitute Jamie Jones, who had replaced the injured Sion Parry, crossed from the left but Ashley Owen side-footed just wide.
Y Felinheli gradually grew into the game, but shortly before half-time, Nantlle doubled their advantage when Owen beat two men before breaking into the box. His low shot took a deflection off a defender and eluded home goalkeeper Guto Hughes.
The visitors twice came close to adding a third during injury time. Firstly, Osian Tudur shot over the bar after breaking into the box, then Guto Hughes saved well from Owen at the back post.
Y Felinheli sought to make a positive start to the second period and almost reduced the deficit when Rhys Parry’s lobbed effort landed on the top of the net.
At the other end, Guto Gwenallt turned and fired in a shot which flew just wide of the far post.
Y Felinheli made it 2-1 midway through the second half. The ball was played through to Rhys Parry, who knocked it over the advancing Owain Roberts and into the net.
There were no further goals as Nantlle Vale gained a hard-fought win.

FAW RESERVE LEAGUE NORTH EAST

Late goals from Scott Davies and Josh Hughes booked three points for Bucks.

Chirk AAA Reserves 1 Cefn Albion Reserves 0
A goal on 40 minutes from Louie Middlehurst was enough to give The Colliers all three points to put them top of the league.
The first half saw both teams embroiled in a midfield tussle with the only chance being a Phil Pearce header which was cleared off the line by Sam Williams.
Middlehurst struck when he chased down a through ball and slotted past the oncoming Harry Thomas.
The second half belonged to the home side and they were guilty of missing some gilt-edged chances to increase their lead with Thomas pulling off numerous saves to keep them out.

Gresford Athletic Reserves 1 Mold Alexandra Reserves 4
Stuart Hayes, Wezley Jebb, Kieron Davies and Arthur Lyon notched the goals that mattered for the visitors, George Yarwood the sole Gresford marksman.

NORTH WALES COAST EAST DIVISION ONE

Bow 1 Rhos United 0
Big three points for Bow against a very solid Rhos at Bastion Gardens.
Chances were aplenty from the get go, but the hosts converted for the only time in the match when a long free kick fell to Danny Williams, who calmly took his defender on and slotted into the bottom corner.
Rhos pressed hard for an equaliser, but the home defence and man of the match, keeper Richard Hiller-Evans, were outstanding.

CPD Caer Clwyd 1 Rhyl All Stars 1

NFA 2 Llysfaen 0
Ashley Bamber and Hugh Holland scored the goals which sealed three points for the Rhyl hosts.

Rhyl Dragons 0 Abergele 6
Dom Holland was a hat-trick star for the visitors, who went to town at Belle Vue.
Gele started brightly, a clever ball from Frankie Hennigan latched onto by Connah Atkinson slotted away in the 16th minute.
Soon a bit of magic from Tony Zoezee out wide saw him cut in onto his left foot and smash the ball into the top corner.
Half time came with Abergele 2-0 up which was soon three as Hennigan tucked away a chance shortly after the restart.
Last season’s top scorer Holland was introduced just after the hour and it did not take him long to find the net, Ben Williams with the assist.
Holland was at it again in the 75th minute with Liam Roberts chalking up his second assist of the evening.
Birthday boy Ryan Pamment picked up the ball in his own half and drove forward, playing a clever reverse pass that caught out everyone but the ever-dangerous Holland, who finished well to complete a 20-minute treble.
