Alberbury won the toss and chose to bat, away skipper Luke Gardner taking 4-38 and Andrew Swarbrick 4-46 as the hosts were bowled out for 163.
Mark Jones (75) and Oliver Pope (33) ensured the Pecknall Farm-based home side set a respectable score.
In reply, Chirk took just 22.3 overs to reach 169-4, Jonathan Phillips (43 not out) and Mark Shaw (27 no) putting on an unbroken 61 for the fifth wicket.
Nick Flack added 27, Gareth Partridge 24 and fellow opener Wynn Jones 22.
Visitors Corvedale were in a hurry as they took just 17.2 overs to make the 161 needed for victory at Holyhead Road.
