Rhyl and District Sunday Football League preview – October 10

How will Rhyl Wanderers fare at Y Clwb?

Matchday four in the 2021-22 Rhyl and District Sunday Football League season takes place tomorrow (October 10).

All fixtures are league matches, kicking off at 11 am.

Bar Bow v FC Mally

Both teams are coming off defeats – Bow lost 3-1 at home to Y Clwb last weekend, while Mally were pipped 3-2 at Millbank.

At their strongest, Rhyl side Bar Bow can test anyone in the league, while the successful Mally will be determined to get back on the winning track.

Y Clwb v Rhyl Wanderers

After kicking off their season in winning fashion last Sunday, Y Clwb will target back-to-back triumphs.

Rhyl Wanderers earned themselves a good draw at Millbank a fortnight ago and will seek to build on that.

Millbank v Six Bells

An all-Rhyl clash to savour.

Millbank will be on cloud nine after seeing off FC Mally last weekend, but Six Bells have made a useful start themselves and will be far from easy to beat.

The Alex v Conwy Comrades

After the disappointment of getting whipped at home by Royal Oak last Sunday, Alex will look to turn the tables in a local derby against the Comrades.

The Conwy side were disappointed to drop two points at Six Bells in their last game, the Rhyl team grabbing a last-gasp equaliser, so the Comrades management will demand better.
