The Llanfair striker was top markswoman for the whole league in 2018-19 with 32 goals in all competitions and last season she headed the Division One chart by netting 11 times.
Solid defender who featured in the Welsh Premier League for Llandudno
Hannah is one of the hardest workers in the team with an attitude to match. Possesses experience and a good football knowhow, she can play anywhere across the back-line and scored Bethel’s goal of the season in 2019-20.
Left-winger Nel recently returned to football with Bethel. A psychology student, she has a wand of a left foot and an astute football brain. Nel won the 2013-14 Under-16 Welsh Cup with Caernarfon Girls, scoring in the final as the Cofis defeated Llanyrafon 2-0.
Mum-of-two Rebekah, partner of Flint Town United manager Niall McGuinness, balances a busy family life with doing a fantastic job helping run NFA football club’s ladies and girls section. A former Rhyl player, she scored in the only game where the Lilywhites beat Llandudno in the Welsh Premier League.
Kelsey is a tall defender who has been one of the main driving forces behind establishing a women’s team in Llanfairfechan, working with the likes of Maddie Williams, Rachel Evans and Sadie Richards.
Llanberis-based sporting all-rounder who plays hockey for Caernarfon and loves canoeing.
She is also part of the Llanberis ladies football squad.
Centre midfield player who often pops up with useful goals for Pwllheli. Favourite football memory is taking part in a training session led by the great Albert ‘Chapi’ Ferrer in Barcelona.
Former Everton and Wales player Louisha scored some fine goals in the Welsh Premier for Llandudno before switching to Nomads last season. Can play central-defence or up front and is an awesome kickboxer.
Grace is a former Rhyl Hearts and Prestatyn player.
Joint-second highest goalscorer in the North Wales Ladies Recreational League when she played for Llysfaen Lionesses last season.
Alannah scored four in one game and two in another.
Caitlin had a very impressive first season with newly-formed Holywell Girls and Ladies.
An attacking player, she produced some fine performances for the team in North Wales League Division Two and was joint top-scorer for the whole North Wales Ladies Recreational League with seven goals.
Formerly with Northop Hall, she also once played at Stamford Bridge.
Started out playing for Johnstown Boys U-12’s before joining Corwen Girls where she won a famous quadruple in 2016/17. Played in goal last season, but can adapt to any position and is useful at finding the net herself.
Won the North Wales League Division Two title with Amlwch Town last season, scoring seven goals.
A former Caernarfon Town player, she hails from Llangristiolus and was part of the Ynys Môn team which reached the final of the Inter-Island Games in 2019.
Tall right-sided attacker, she turned out for Llangefni Girls in her younger days.
Goalkeeper for Bethel for a number of seasons, one of the best in the North Wales League.
Won the joint Division One title with the maroons in 2018-19, as well as reaching two cup finals.
Strong, powerful defender who scored one of the all-time great North Wales women’s goals in a 3-1 win for Bethel at Rhyl in 2018-19.
Won the Under-16 Welsh Cup with Caernarfon Town in 2013-14. also plays for Bangor University and last season was with new Llanberis side.
Played for Llanberis last season and got herself on the scoresheet.
Formerly Cat Higgott, she spent many years at Llandudno where she was always a reliable performer at the back or in midfield.
Strong tackler who became more of a regular starter in Tudno’s later spell in the Welsh Premier League.
Cerys is one of North Wales’ finest players, a midfield general who scores lots of goals and possesses a fearsome shot.
She has also played for Caernarfon Town and Bangor City. An inspiration to all around her.
Ffion is a wholehearted defender who has been a stand-out player for both Bethel and Llanberis. Also represents Bangor University.
Won the North Wales League with Northop Hall in 2017-18.
A defender in both netball and football, Brengain joined the Llanfairfechan recreational football team last season.
She has a stronger background in netball, having played the sport for more than 10 years and managed CLŴB PÊL-RWYD TAWE at Swansea University.
Trisha, 21 this month, plays at right back for Rhyl, her only club apart from teams in school/college.
Probably the most famous member of the Caernarfon Under-16 Girls side which won the 2013-14 Welsh Cup.
Lois scored in the final, where the Cofis defeated Llanyrafon 2-0.
In club football, the lightning-quick striker went on to play for Cardiff Metropolitan in the Welsh Premier and Uefa Champions League.
She also had a spell at Cwmbran Celtic in the WPWL.
Internationally, Lois was selected for Wales up to Under-19 level, playing in the UEFA Tournament.
Now 21, last season Lois was part of the Llanberis Ladies coaching team. Unfortunately, she had struggled badly with injury for the past three years.
It was a massive boost for Connah’s Quay Nomads to sign a player of this calibre last season.
Lani scored a hat-trick for the Deesiders in an 8-3 victory at Denbigh Town en route to the Welsh Cup semi-finals.
