The final place in the FAW Trophy quarter-finals is up for grabs when Llanrwst host Hotspur in a rearranged round five tie postponed last weekend due to the weather.
Whoever wins at Gwydir Park travels to Welshpool Town in the last eight.
This will be the third meeting between the Rwsters and Holyhead so far this season.
Last October, Hotspur won a thrilling Cookson Cup tie 5-4 at the New Stadium, but Llanrwst got revenge a month later with a 5-1 pasting of the Holy Islanders at Parc Gwydir in a Welsh Alliance Division One game.
Much will depend on how the Rwsters adjust to life without top-scorer Callum Parry, who has just joined Colwyn Bay on the back of scoring 32 goals in all competitions this term for the Conwy Valley side.
Llanrwst are unbeaten in 10 matches – eight of them wins – and over that spell Parry netted 18 times. He hit seven in two games against Hotspur, so it is a major loss for the club.
The Rwsters’ last defeat was that 5-4 reverse at Holyhead in the Cookson Cup three months ago.
Hotspur, meanwhile, are doing pretty well themselves. Top of the Welsh Alliance by a seven-point margin and 11 clear of Llanrwst in fifth, that 5-1 loss at Gwydir Park was a rare blip for Dean Garmey’s men.
Holyhead possess some outstanding goal-getters in Robert Jones, Chris Jones and Asa Thomas, so they must have a big chance of progressing to the quarters.
Third hosts fifth in an attractive-looking Division Two fixture.
Gaerwen are just four points behind leaders Penmaenmawr Phoenix with a game in hand, while Llannefydd are 11 points off top spot, but have played four matches less than Pen.
Llannefydd have enjoyed a 100% start to 2020 and are undefeated in five matches, while their Anglesey opponents have also won both their games since the turn of the year and have not lost in five.
Both these sides have started 2020 really well, each taking four points out of six in the league to date.
The pair have a victory apiece over teams in Division One’s top three this month, Coedpoeth seeing off Cefn Mawr Rangers 3-0 and Mynydd Isa taking the spoils 3-1 away to Llangollen.
Coedy and Isa have also recorded some great cup results, Mynydd’s best a 3-2 win at Welsh Alliance high-flyers Denbigh Town in the Welsh Cup, while Karl Fenlon’s United side have eliminated the likes of higher-level Rhostyllen, Llandyrnog and Prestatyn Sports from national knockouts.
So all the makings of a great cup tie at Coedpoeth on Saturday. The teams drew 1-1 in the league back in August.
Plenty of interest in this one.
Many a keen eye will be on Glantraeth’s performances from now on under new manager Sean Brett.
Having enjoyed much success in the past as boss of Menai Bridge Tigers, not just in winning trophies but also developing young talent, Brett joined the management at Gaerwen this season, helping set up the club for what is shaping into its best campaign to date.
Now he takes over Glantraeth, a club with an illustrious past aiming to recapture some former glories.
Caergybi, meanwhile, have a young, very determined manager in Dale Moffat at the helm.
Having led the club to three trophies in their first two seasons, the 2019-20 campaign has seen the Holyhead-based side rise to the Gwynedd League and show plenty of promise so far.
Caergybi and Glantraeth drew 0-0 at the start of the season.
Having already eliminated Abergele from the President’s Cup this term Llanfairfechan will be going for a knockout double over their fellow Premier Division title hopefuls.
Andrew Croston’s side have been awesome at The Rec so far this campaign, having won six out of six at home and netting 26 goals in the process before last weekend’s surprise 2-2 draw with Cerrigydrudion.
Gele are still unbeaten in the league, lying second and just three points adrift of leaders Rhuddlan Town, with Fechan handily placed in third.

This tie carries immense curiosity value.
Six days ago Rangers rattled up a 16-0 win in the league at Cefni, Sam Williams bagging a remarkable 12 goals.
On that outcome alone, one would look at the Dargie Cup return between the sides on Saturday as an away banker, but it’s not as simple as that.
Cefni’s performance last Saturday was by far their worst of the season – and they probably met a Rangers outfit at their very best.
Not only have Cefni wiped out an 18-point deduction in recent weeks and got back into credit, they have also drawn 3-3 at Rangers in the league this term, and beat them 1-0 at home in the Elias Cup, although that result was later reversed and the islanders eliminated from the competition for fielding an ineligible player.
Can it be as bad again for Cefni as it was last weekend? Or will their performance this time be much improved.
Whatever happens, it promises to be fascinating.
