Twenty-six years ago Ceri Purvis was a member of the North Wales-based Pilkington (Rhyl) side which won the first-ever FAW Women’s Welsh Cup, beating Inter Cardiff 1-0 in the final.
Fast forward to 2019 and Ceri is still a key player with the Rhyl team currently impressing in Division One of the North Wales Women’s League.
