Previews of all six northern ties in the FAW Amateur Trophy on Saturday

Saturday brings matches across Wales in the last 32 of the FAW Amateur Trophy.
There will be six northern ties on the menu – here’s a preview of them all.
CPD Cerrigydrudion v Dolgellau Athletic
Good contest in store as Tier 4 underdogs Cerrigydrudion of the North Wales Coast East Premier Division host third-tier Ardal North East high-flyers Dolgellau.
The visitors will be anxious to return to form after their 12-match unbeaten run was ended last weekend in a 5-4 loss at Cefn Albion.
Dolgellau have been in destructive mood in the Trophy so far, hammering Radnor Valley (8-0), Tywyn-Bryncrug (6-0) and Gaerwen (6-1).
Player-manager Rob Evans has a strong squad at his disposal, including captain Gerwyn Williams, who has netted 19 goals in 14 matches this season.
Cerrig have lost just twice in 12 games this term and sit fourth and unbeaten in their division.
They walloped Tier 3 side Llanfair United 6-1 away in the last round, and have seen off Bontnewydd and Skippy.
Watch out for Tirion Griffiths, who has bagged 13 times in 10 outings so far and has failed to score in just one match.
Conwy Borough v Prestatyn Town

These two have met six times in the past six seasons and Prestatyn lead by four wins to one with a single draw.
Town are third and unbeaten in Tier 3 Ardal North West. Last weekend brought the Seasiders’ first loss in 27 matches in all competitions. In all fairness that defeat came in the Welsh Cup away to Cymru South (T2) Aberystwyth Town.
Conwy are next-to-bottom in the T4 North Wales Coast East Premier, but results are on the up under new manager Robbie Green. The Tangerines have also strengthened their squad with new talent in recent weeks. Prestatyn’s Tom Hilditch is a man the opposition cannot afford to take their eyes off, while the same is true of Boro’s regular hitman Cieran Williams.
Kerry v Talysarn Celts
Having knocked out Tier 3 Mynydd Isa on penalties in the last round, can T4 giant-killers Talysarn Celts work their magic again at another T3 side, Kerry of Ardal North East?
Celts will be aware of the fact their opponents beat Corwen 11-1 in the league last weekend, with top-scorer Jamie Breese, the ex-Cymru Premier hitman, netting seven to make it 24 goals this campaign.
The Lambs’ form has been up and down otherwise, while Talysarn have lost just twice in 12 matches, occupy third spot and are undefeated in the North Wales Coast West Premier.
Like their opposition, Celts also have no problem in getting goals, Glyn Hughes-Thomas and Jack Usher among their danger men.
Kinmel Bay v CPD Pwllheli

An all-Tier 3 Ardal North West battle on the cards between two sides which have already met this season.
Back in August, Kinmel Bay came out on top 3-2 at their home ground Y Morfa.
However, Pwllheli have found wins easier to come by than their next opponents this term overall. The Llŷn Peninsula side are fourth in the league, while Bay are down in 12th.
The hosts will have their work cut out taming goal specialists like Osian Thomas, Sion Roberts and the recently returned Hari Lambe.
Bay have so far eliminated Nantlle Vale, Penrhyndeudraeth and Llanfyllin Town from the Trophy, while Pwll have got past Llanfairfechan Town, Barmouth and CPD Boded.
Llanrhaeadr v FC Queens Park
Llanrhaeadr were on a fine run of six unbeaten before going down 2-1 at home to Builth Wells last Saturday.
How will the home team cope with the threat of fellow Ardal North East side and current leaders Queens Park?
Wrexham-based Park have won their last three matches after a short blip in form. They have overcome the challenges of Cefn Albion, Llanrwst United and CPD Henllan in the Trophy thus far.
Gwalchmai, Hawarden Rangers and Saltney Town have been Llanrhaeadr’s victims on the way to the last 32.
Trearddur Bay v Llanidloes Town
Trearddur Bay are one of the finest form sides in North Wales this season, with just one loss in 16 matches – that being in the Welsh Cup away to Cymru North outfit Denbigh Town.
Bay are top of Tier 3 Ardal North West with eight wins and two draws from their 10 games to date and have by far and away the most goals in the league.
Their ace in the pack has been Callum Parry – 24 goals in all competitions making him the second highest marksman in the whole of North Wales.
Bay have disposed of Llangefni Town and Penycae away in the Trophy up to now.
Llanidloes are eighth in Tier 4 Central Wales League South but have only played two matches, winning them both.
The Daffs have knocked out Blaenau Ffestiniog Amateurs, CPD Llanystumdwy and Llanilar in the Trophy, but will be definite underdogs at Treborth Playing Fields.
