Henllan connection strengthens Denbigh Town squad for the 2026-27 season
Denbigh Town have signed five young talents from CPDM Henllan for the 2026-27 season.
Lleucu Williams, Mabli Fitzgerald, Holly Lowe, Lydia Davies and Sophie Evans were all part of the Henllan side which has disbanded this season due to lack of numbers.
The quintet will strengthen options available to Denbigh as they embark on their latest campaign in the North Wales Coast League.
Lleucu Williams
Dynamic midfielder who scored 22 goals in 32 appearances over two outstanding seasons in a Henllan shirt.
Mabli Fitzgerald
Classy midfield player who, like many of her team-mates at Henllan, progressed from the club’s juniors through to the seniors. Netted 11 times in 33 games for the senior side.
Holly Lowe
Lively 16-year-old striker who made four appearances for Henllan’s senior team last season after emerging through the junior ranks.
Sophie Evans
Midfield ace who made 25 appearances over two seasons with Henllan’s senior sides after shining for the junior teams.
Lydia Davies
Seventeen-year-old solid defender who featured in 17 matches for Henllan’s seniors after making her debut late in the 2024-25 campaign.
