Ardal North East: Queens Park maintain 100% record, great away wins for Penycae, Corwen and Cefn

FC Queens Park 4 Builth Wells 2
Four straight wins for promoted Queens Park who top the table after Saturday’s home success over Builth Wells.
The Wrexham side took a three-goal lead in the first half, Jordan Williams breaking the deadlock on 12 minutes, Harry Jones adding a second after 16 and Corey Smart notching the third with 20 gone.
Builth replied before the break, but fell 4-1 behind just two minutes into the second half when Matthew Worrall scored via an Ethan Simpson assist.
Lyndon Jones’ 90th minute penalty for the visitors was no more than a consolation.
Bow Street 0 Penycae 1
A 90th minute penalty from substitute Tom Edwards earned Penycae an outstanding victory at Cae Piod.
The Cae have now won three of their four league games and five out of six in all competitions.
Knighton Town 2 Kerry 1
Sub Thomas Dwyer banked three points for Knighton with an 85th minute decider.
Callum Stead had edged the hosts in front on 12 minutes only for Kerry captain Matthew Mumford to level after 17.
Llanfair United 2 Corwen 3
Corwen produced a tremendous second half comeback from 2-0 down to claim their first win of the season.
Karl Seliaerts gave Llanfair a 29th minute lead before 16-year-old Oliver Morris added a second on 43.
The visitors rallied after the break, Ben Davies halving the arrears on 52 before Michael-Jay Ashowrth levelled with 76 gone and three minutes later Tom Williams delivered the winner.
Radnor Valley 2 Cefn Albion 4
A good turnaround from Albion after back-to-back heavy defeats.
Kai Morris put the visitors into the lead on 19 minutes, but Joey Price equalised after 33 to make it all-square at the changeover.
Callum Mannion’s penalty made it 2-1 Cefn on 64, Sam Sainsbury equalised after 83. but a screamer from Oliwier Fiedor after 84 nudged the away side ahead for a third time and on this occasion they did not let it slip, Callum Smith bagging a clincher with 95 on the clock.
CPD Rhos Aelwyd 0 Dolgellau AA 1
It was a day for late goals proving crucial in Ardal North East and another one occurred at Ponciau Park, where veteran sub Paul Lewis hit a 95th minute decider.
