Bangor City 1876 Women sign top prospect from Swansea
Bangor City 1876 Women have signed an exciting young attacking player from Swansea City.
Grace John, 18, has moved to the Bangor area to study and will join the 1876 Adran North squad for 2026-27.
John was part of the Swansea City Women Under-19s team which won the Genero Adran U19s Championship Conference last season. She made 22 appearances during the campaign, finding the net in a 10-1 victory over Penybont U19s.
In 2024-25, John was in the Swansea side which competed in the South Wales Women’s and Girls League Under-17 League.
Previously, the teenager represented Talycopa AFC and Pontardawe Town.
John joins Sioned Phillips, Hannah Owen and Ellie Sian Jones on the Bangor City 1876 Women summer signings list.
