LLANDUDNO SWIFTS

Dave Maddock (Llandudno Junction to Llandudno Swifts)

Experienced striker joins Swifts from Junction, where he scored 48 goals in 82 appearances between 2023-24 to 2025-26.
Prior to that, Maddock established himself as top-scorer for the former Llandudno Albion, scoring 109 goals over eight seasons.
Swifts manager Stevie Montgomery said: “Dave is another great signing for the Swifts. He’s a proven goalscorer, also bringing strength and a wealth of valuable experience to the team from playing at a higher level. Great to see him joining his brother Sam in the squad.”
Now 34, Maddock still has a few seasons of goals left in him.

Nathan Williams (Llandudno Junction to Llandudno Swifts)

An experienced and talented midfielder, adding quality, creativity and plenty of energy to the Swifts squad ahead of the new season.
Former clubs include Llandudno Junction and Llandudno Amateurs.
Swifts manager Stevie Montgomery said: “Nathan is another great signing for the Swifts. He is a classy midfielder who can do it all and will bring goals to the team. Nathan brings loads of experience and further strengthens the squad.”

Geraint Thomas (Llandudno Amateurs to Llandudno Swifts)

Talented young defender with plenty of potential. A composed and classy player, he adds further quality to Swifts in their first season back of restored independence.
Stevie Montgomery: “Great to be working with Gezzie again after him playing for me as a youngster. He is a classy defender and a great lad. Gezzie ticks all the boxes for what we are seeking – a young, talented local lad with the right attitude.”

Joe Carey (Llandudno to Llandudno Swifts)

Aged 25, former clubs include Llandudno FC, Bow and Llandudno Albion.
Carey arrives at Swifts with an excellent reputation both on and off the pitch.
Stevie Montgomery: “Really pleased to announce the signing of Joe Carey, who is a top quality player and person to add to the squad. Joe has had offers from many clubs at a much higher level, so for him to choose the Swifts is a huge compliment to us. This signing now makes five sets of brothers in the squad.”

Mthulisi Ndlovu

Back with the Law following a short spell with Ruabon Rovers last season.
Has also played for Cefn Druids, Bala Town Development, Skippy, Penycae, Caerwys and FC United of Wrexham.

Cam Edwards

Returns to Lex after a stint at Brymbo last season. Also ex-Coedpoeth United and Brymbo Lodge, but has spent most of career with the Lawmen.

James Rogers

Was a major player for FC Queens Park Reserves and Vets in their highly successful 2025-26 season.
Before that had a lengthy stay at Lex, where he is a former first team captain, and has also played for Chirk AAA, Brymbo and Brickfield Rangers

Rob Parcesepe

Lands at Stansty Park after three seasons with Castell Alun Colts, where he bagged his fair share of goals. Also ex-Llay Welfare player.

Nikola Georgiev

Good young prospect who emerged through the Colwyn Bay Development and Under-21 sides before moving on to Mold Alexandra and then last season scored some vital goals for Greenfield in Tier 4.

Josh Edwards

Eighteen-year-old talent who has spent time with the Gresford Athletic and Airbus UK Broughton Development sides

Owain Wynne

Teenager signs from The New Saints where he has built up good experience with the reserve and development teams.

Six more signings for Tier 3 newcomers Broughton United announced this evening!

Frazer Williams (Aston Park Rangers to Broughton United – attacker)

Joining from Aston Park Rangers, Williams, 23, has already shown fantastic athleticism in his preseason performances. A powerful attacking player, Broughton look forward to seeing him develop this season.

Nathan Prince (Brymbo to Broughton United – defender)

Age 21, was at Brymbo last season and previously represented Caerwys and Rhydymwyn at various age levels.
Nath is a solid addition capable of playing across the whole backline. A brilliant attitude, calm head and technical ability

Tom Hughes (to Broughton – defender)

Aged 19, Hughes aims to get back to enjoying his football again this season with a fresh start at promoted Broughton.
Having come through the TNS academy, he joined a Caerwys side that won the treble at Under 19’s level before spells at Corwen and Mynydd Isa.

Dan Foster (Mynydd Isa to Broughton – midfielder)

Signing from Mynydd Isa, Foster was a key figure in Isa’s double winning Reserve side last season. A calm head in the engine room.

Jordan Foster (to Broughton United – defender)

Joining his brother Dan at the Saints, Jordan is a player with real pace and ability who looks to be just as solid in defence as he does dangerous on the attack

Matt Gilsenan (Greenfield to Broughton United)

An exciting forward thinking player, silky playmaker or composed finisher, Matt will add real quality and experience to the front line
Joins from Greenfield, formerly with CPD Gronant, Corwen, CPD Caerwys – where he scored plenty of goals – and Rhydjmwyn, where he bagged regularly for the Development side.

FC QUEENS PARK

Ryan Jakovlevs

Talented 19-yeat-old forward rejoins Queens Park for their new adventure in Tier 3.
The teenager left the club early last season after a promising start.
Former prolific scorer with the successful but now defunct Plas Madoc side before joining the Park in 2024-25, scoring a hat-trick on debut in the Horace Wynne Cup.
In 19 first team appearances for the Park, he has notched 11 goals.

CONNAH’S QUAY TOWN

Josh Cooke (Porthmadog to Connah’s Quay Town)

Cracking signing for Town as they land a keeper who helped Porthmadog gain promotion to Tier 2 last season.
Cooke has also served Conwy Borough, CPD Y Rhyl 1879, Brickfield Rangers, Saltney Town, Hawarden Rangers and Prestatyn Town in recent seasons. His Tier 3 experience will be vital for Connah’s Quay Town.

Harvey Andrews (Newton Athletic to Connah’s Quay Town)

Andrews will test out his skills in the Welsh pyramid after joining Connah’s Quay Town from Newton of the Chester League.

Lewis Smith (FC Mountain to Connah’s Quay Town)

Joins Town from Flint Mountain, where he made two Cymru North appearances last season.

Ewan Jones

Arrives at the Town after spells at Rhydymwyn and Hawarden Rangers.

Kyle Harte

Rejoins the club after a stint at Rhydymwyn last season.
Has split his playing days between Connah’s Quay Town and Rhyd.
Has made 70 club appearances for Town in total, netting 16 goals.

Jordan Hensel

Returns to the club for a second spell after spending the past two seasons with Saltney Town.
Previously made 59 appearances for CQT between 2022-23 and 2023-24,.
Other former clubs include Rhydymwyn, Buckley Town and Mold Alexandra.

Olaf Sarnecki

Joins Connah’s Quay Town after stints with Rhydymwyn and Hawarden Rangers.

Tom Burrows

Back with CQT after spending last season at Greenfield.
Also ex-CPD Gronant, CPD Caerwys, FC Mountain and Mold Alexandra.

Connor Parry

Notched 12 goals for Hawarden Rangers in Tier 4 last season.
Now back at Connah’s Quay Town, where he netted a few in Tier 3 over the past two seasons.

Lewis Williams

Rejoins Town after a brief spell with Tier 4 club Greenfield.

Rhys Parry

Moves to CQT after two seasons with Rhydmwyn.

Liam Williams (from CPD Mynydd Llandegai)

Liam Williams joins Gaerwen from Mynydd Llandygai as a wing-back.
Williams has been a regular throughout pre-season training and has already impressed both management and team-mates with his attitude, work ethic and performances in training. His commitment and willingness have stood out from the moment he arrived at the club.
