Sara Williams

This outstanding goalkeeper – who in stages throughout her career has also been a highly effective outfield player – has enjoyed amazing success with Pwllheli.
Since joining Pwll at the start of 2023-24, she won back-to-back league doubles as well as two cups. Six winners’ medals over three glorious seasons.
She made 66 appearances prior to saying her fond farewells to Pwllheli last season.

Sioned Bohana

Much-respected defender has had three spells at Pwllheli since 2021-22, making a total of 44 appearances.
Left-footed specialist, strong in the tackle, Bohana has also enjoyed much success over the years with Caernarfon Town, also having stints with Llandudno and Mountain Rangers.

Erica Jones

Voted Queen of North Wales football in 2021 when she received the most selections in the 30 dream XI’s chosen by players past and present from across Gogledd Cymru.
Erica has spent most of her career with Pwllheli, with whom she reached the Welsh Cup Final in 2006, but in the 2017-18 season joined Caernarfon Town after the Canaries were promoted to the Welsh Premier.
Over the past three seasons, she has managed a Pwllheli side which has won a host of trophies.

Lowri Hughes

Stand out defender over a number of seasons at Pwllheli, definitely one of the club’s finest ever players.
Former Wales Under-17 international Hughes defends solidly, but her skills and passing ability often make her an asset to attacking situations.
Has made 70 appearances for Pwllheli since the start of 2021-22, but her service to the club goes back some years before.

Charley Davies

Previously a midfielder at Llanberis, her height and strength have seen her emerge as a superb central defender – with an uncanny penchant to find the net – at Pwllheli.
She last featured in the 2024-25 season, scoring 14 goals in 14 appearances as Pwll won the North East Wales League West title and play-off double.
Joined Pwllheli in 2021-22, netting on debut in a 3-1 win over Wrexham.
As well as her undoubted strength at winning aerial duels, she’s also very skillful and has great accuracy, with many of her goals coming via strikes from the edge of, or just outside, the box.

Magi Elin Hughes

Captain Class. A midfield marauder with an eye for goal, boundless energy and an unrivalled ability to play a killer pass.
Magi has made 99 appearances for Pwllheli since 2021-22, in which time she has netted 38 goals, winning league and cups in abundance along the way.
One of the very best at Tier 3 and more than capable of shining at a higher level.

Stacey Sansome

Long-serving midfielder with an almighty shot in her armoury.
Stacey adapts her role to the game in front of her. She’s a midfielder who works tirelessly on and off the ball and has excellent knowledge of the game.
This means she has the skill and power behind her shot to take the team forward, but also the guts and strength to defend. She may not have scored the most goals over the past few seasons but she will have been essential to creating them with her attacking play.

Leanne Rees Hughes

Plays at left back, always a strong competitor who will never back down.
Her strength is her speed, she will chase down the attackers and can also race past defenders to deliver cracking balls onto the box at the attacking end. She’s strong and confident with the ball, and will never shirk tackles.
And she gets goals – remember her winner at Rhyl in the 2021-22 Welsh Cup?

Jini Owen Hughes

Football Jini-us. Made her mark with Caernarfon Town Under-16s and U19 before her debut for Pwllheli at the start of 2023-24.
What a player, runs at defenders and causes havoc in attacks, a true livewire forward.
Has a magnificent goal-getter record of 55 in 54 appearances for the Queens of the Llyn, playing a key role in all their trophy-lifting successes of the past three seasons.

Sian Moore

Such has been her consistency and brilliance from day one, Sian would have walked into this term as a defender alone.
However, over the past two seasons, she has adapted to a new attacking role in amazing fashion, netting 11 times in 2024-25 and then a magnificent 20 last season.
In 2025-26, Sian’s North Wales Coast League stats read 17 goals in 15 appearances with five assists. She was the third-highest markswoman in the league.

Lois Thomas

Goal-scoring genius whose actual career total is not known, but it isdefinitely well beyond 150.
Over the past five seasons her goals have been: 2021-22 – 14; 2022-23 – 25; 2023-24 – 15; 2024-25 – 23; 2025-26 – 17. Total = 94.
Previous seasons:
2016-17: top scorer (amount unknown)
2017-18: 32 goals
2018-19: top scorer (amount unknown)
2019-20: 4 goals
That’s 130 goals accounted for and two seasons where no figures are available.
That sort of consistency makes Lois one of the best finishers in North Wales and at the age of 26, she has many more goals and assists in her yet.
