CPD Caergybi are set to return in 2026-27

The North Wales Coast FA met this week to consider matters relating to promotion, relegation, and applications received from clubs seeking admission to both the North Wales Coast West Football League for the 2026/27 season.

Any club affected by these decisions has a period of seven business days in which to submit an appeal directly to the Football Association of Wales (FAW).

Tier 4 Summary (Subject to Appeal)

  • CPD Nefyn United has been promoted to Tier 3.
  • CPD Llannerchymedd has been relegated from Tier 4 to Tier 5.
  • CPD Aberffraw and CPD Gaerwen have been promoted from Tier 5 to Tier 4.

Subject to the outcome of any appeals, Tier 4 for the 2026/27 season will comprise the following clubs:

North Wales Coast West Premier Division

  • Blaenau Ffestiniog Amateurs
  • Bontnewydd
  • Cemaes Bay
  • CPD Aberffraw
  • CPD Boded
  • CPD Gaerwen

Tier 5 Summary (subject to appeal)

CPD Caergybi and CPD Glantraeth have been accepted into Tier 5.

Subject to the outcome of any appeals, Tier 5 for the 2026/27 season will comprise the following clubs:

  • The League’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 7 July 2026, at Neuadd Goffa Llanfairpwll, Ffordd Rhiannon, Llanfairpwll, Anglesey, LL61 5JB, commencing at 7.30pm.
