Richie Parry hit a magnificent career-best 127 for Bethesda seconds, who piled up 234-5 off 40 overs at Lane End.

Pont opted to bat first, and dipped from 89-3 to 158 all out. Wilcock made 34 not out, Abs Dey and extras 31 apiece, Philip Davies with Conwy’s top figures of 3-17 and Carter Tawhai 2-22.

Northop 3rds triumphed by just two runs in a tense affair at Pen-y-Gelli.
