The Citizens are 10 points clear at the summit, although Port have played one match less.
A win for the home side could breathe some life back into the two-horse title race, but a City success will virtually guarantee them the crown.
The pair met at Bangor City Stadium last October and the all-blues ran out 5-1 winners, a match most memorable for two potential goal of the season contenders three minutes apart from Tommy Creamer – a genuine pair of Screamers from Creamer.

Third-from-bottom hosts seventh when Connah’s Quay Town take on Llay Welfare.
Town have not won in their last 12 league encounters with a blank W box for 2026.
Llay have failed to record a victory in five themselves, but might fancy their chances at Deeside Stadium.
In the reverse fixture last August, the Welly triumped 5-0.

Another six of the best from 1876 boosted their goals tally to 43 in the last six league and cup matches.
Michael Johnston’s side knew they faced a tricky assignment at Cae Seilo on Saturday, but had the firepower to get the job done.
Corrig McGonigle added another double to his collection to reach 40 goals for the season from 36 appearances.
Josh Carey also struck twice to make it 18 for the campaign and threw in two assists in a man of the match display.
Declan McManus notched his 16th goal in 13 outings since joining the club in January, while there was also an OG from Dylan Jones.
Gruff John replied with a fine finish and defiant celebration for the home side, who had captain Aled Griffith sent off in the latter stages.
Bethesda Athletic 0 CPD Llannefydd 2
Mathew Jones scored on 39 and 40 minutes, Gwion Owen assisting with both, to seal three points for a Llannefydd outfit which made it seven straight league victories.
Llanrwst United 5 NFA 0
The magnificent Callum Parry struck four times for Llanrwst, who sent NFA crashing to their heaviest defeat in Ardal North West.
Goal machine Parry is now on 27 goals this term after netting on 63, 67, 79 and 83 minutes.
All this after Chris Nicolson gave the Rwsters a first half lead.
Llanrwst also registered their biggest league win of 2025-26.
Mynydd Isa 2 Llangefni Town 1
Seven days after getting spanked 13-0 at Bangor, Mynydd Isa bounced back admirably with a 2-1 verdict over Llangefni Town at Argoed.
Nathan Mendoza nudged Isa in front on 42 from a Jack Aitken assist, but Ashley Ainsworth levelled before the break with his 15th goal of the season.
The experienced Stephen Chiocchi delivered a 59th minute decider, Kieran Jones assisting.
Penmaenmawr Phoenix 4 Connah’s Quay Town 1
Phoenix improved their prospects of avoiding the drop with a 4-1 thrashing of Connah’s Quay Town at Cae Sling.
Dan Evans (2), Anthony Marshall and Harley Crossfield shared the home net-busters, Harry Brown replying with the score at 3-0.
CPD Pwllheli 1 Porthmadog 1
Good show in the derby from Pwllheli to take a point off second-place Porthmadog.
After a blank first period, Sion Roberts broke the deadlock in Pwll’s favour, Chinaman William Xie with the assist, before Osian Evans levelled on 59 to make it 10 goals in seven matches.
St Asaph City 0 Prestatyn Town 3
Sam Henry found the net on 32 and 72 minutes as Prestatyn strengthened their grip on third place with a 3-0 triumph at Saints.
Henry also assisted for Jake Walker’s goal for the Seasiders, while City manager Ryan Turner was red-carded after 79 minutes.
