Mark Allen’s Airbus side completed back-to-back wins over the festive period at the expense of Flint Mountain at the Hollingsworth Group Stadium.
While dominating the first half, the Wingmakers struggled to make the breakthrough with visiting keeper Dominc Garner in fine form before the deadlock was broken on 42 minutes.
A delivery in from Jordan Evans caused issues for the Mountain defence at the near post and after a little scramble the ball bounced off Sam Rickett and in, giving the hosts a 1-0 lead going into the half time break.
Oliver Lanceley, a hat-trick hero in a 3-0 success at Newtown on Boxing Day, notched his fourth goal of the Yuletide spell on 56 minutes.
Kaiden Cooke sent in a great cross and Lanceley’s touch was enough to double the home score.
The outstanding Jordan Evans struck the post before his magical centre enabled George Peers to connect with a looping header which brought his 17th goal of the campaign after 64..
Sub Kieran Owens pulled one back for Mountain from a free kick, but Airbus could have added to their total before the whistle, Evans striking the upright again.

Buckley Town 2 Mold Alexandra 2

A thrilling end to this Flintshire derby at The Globe saw the sides sharing the points with two goals apiece.
Aled Bellis’ fourth minute goal from a Dan Burgess assist was enough for the Bucks to lead until 75 was showing on the clock.
Owen Cordiner then equalised for Mold with his eighth goal of 2025-26, but Ben Guest restored the Town advantage on 80.
Eddie Servuts came up with a second leveller for Mold after 84 and that was the end of the scoring.

Caersws 1 Newtown 0

Tommy Rowlands’ 63rd minute goal was enough to seal the spoils for a Caersws side which made it four wins in five starts at the expense of an off-the-boil Newtown who are now minus a league victory in five attempts.

Denbigh Town 2 Gresford Athletic 3

Paul Johnson’s 92nd minute decider earned Gresford a welcome first win in 11 league starts.
Toby Gallagher-Keenan put the Colliers in front on 10 minutes, but Gwion Dafydd hit back for Denbigh with 15 gone.
Seven minutes into the second half Jake Roberts bagged Athletic’s second goal, but Dafydd made it all-square again on 81 before Johnson’s last-gasper brought joy to Gresford.

Holywell Town 4 Holyhead Hotspur 1

Holywell were being held 1-1 at half time, but three goals in the second period guided them to a second league triumph on the bounce.
Jack Sconce edged the Wellmen ahead on 20, then Hotspur had skipper Tomos Owen sent off for a second yellow after 39 before the visitors equalised after 43 through a penalty from top-scorer Connor Owen.
Two minutes into the second half, Jamie Breese reached 20 goals for the campaign from a Jake Cooke assist.
Craig Lindfield’s 76th minute penalty moved Johnny Haseldin’s side further ahead, then Joe Sullivan made it 4-1 on 90, Breese setting him up.

CPD Y Rhyl 1879 3 Llandudno 1

Three late goals from Rhyl sent leaders Llandudno crashing to their first league loss of the season.
Adam Stephens’ free kick handed Tudno a half time lead which could have been wider but for the heroics of home stopper Alex Swindell.
Second-half substitutions made 1879 a stronger force in attack and on 74 minutes, Damase Kiwanda powerfully fired in to make it one-apiece.
In the 89th minute the ground erupted when Archie Jones put the Lilywhites ahead and in added time Jack Parry made it 3-1.
This match was reported on in more detail by Grassroots North Wales earlier on Thursday.
