After 13 straight victories Mochdre Sports Development enter the Christmas and New Year break with a nine-point lead at the East Division peak.
The pitch was not in great condition after the recent wet weather but Sports played some good passing football on a tricky surface and were rewarded with a goal on 18 minutes for the league’s current top scorer on 16, Soloman Moore.
Despite chances for both sides it stayed 1-0 going into half time.
In the second half the fitness showed in a Mochdre team whose starting 11 are all 17 or under and their constant running was rewarded with goals from Billy Hoult, Tom Wardle and Alex Williams.

An eight-goal affair finished all-square.
Ryan Boyle (2) and Ryan Boddis were listed as Glan Conwy scorers, with Swifts’ marksmen being Ronald Siby (pen), Denis Craciun, Sam Maddock and a Jack Adams own goal.

Llandudno U19 Development 2 Kinmel Bay Development 5

Christian Akoha was a hat-trick hero for Kinmel Bay, who edged up to third in the table with their 10th win in 11 starts.
Captain Lewie Foston and Charlie Hill added further away goals, Ewan Dunn and Alfie Jones on the mark for Tudno.

Harry Lloyd Jones notched a treble – his first goals of the season – for resounding winners Penmaenmawr.
Captain Allen Padua, Morgan Roberts and Billy Sieben added singles for Phoenix.

CPD Y Glannau Tim Datblygol 3 St Asaph Development 1

Josh Parry, Aled Beardmore and Mike Norval’s eighth goal of the season clinched the points for Y Glannau, sub Connor Thomas replying for Saints.
