It is now two years since Kinmel Bay lost a home league match.
Not since a 4-3 defeat to Llanfairfechan Town on December 16, 2023, have Bay been beaten in a Premier Division game at Y Morfa.
Saturday’s victory over Rhos United made it 24 home league games without loss for the mixed-blues – 18 wins and six draws.
And it is also 14 months since Bay lost a league fixture home or away. After going down 5-2 at Cerrigydrudion in October 2024, Kinmel have won 21 and drawn 7 out of 28 matches.
While down in eighth spot in the Premier, Bay have a whole host of games in hand on the teams above.
Matty Rees set the ball rolling against Rhos with his eighth goal of the season in the eighth minute, Jacob Jones providing the assist.
Much-improved Rhos levelled on 20 minutes through Adam Williams, Josh Grant assisting.
Bay were back in front on the stroke of half time, Ryan Roberts setting up Connor Morris for his 12th goal of the campaign.
Kinmel sealed the points in the 78th minute when Josh Parry found the net, Jacob Jones with his second assist of the afternoon.

Lee Thomas struck at the double to make it 11 goals for the season as the Amateurs nudged up to fourth in the table.
Thomas netted after 45+1 and 73 minutes, while Lee Savings also made the scoresheet, Jake Oliver responding for the visitors.
Leaders Llansannan boosted their unbeaten run to 11 matches at the expense of visitors Bro Cernyw.
