Llangefni Town have signed defender Leah Jones from CPDM Bangor.
The 22-year-old joined the Citizens last summer after spending the previous four years at Amlwch Town.
She featured in just one game for Bangor, a 3-2 NWCFA Challenge Cup win over Pwllheli early in the campaign.
Leah represented Caernarfon Town Under-16 Girls in 2019-20 before making her debut for Amlwch in a 1-1 draw at CPD Y Rhyl 1879 on November 7, 2021.
A quick defender, comfortable with the ball at her feet, she went on to make 55 appearances for the Anglesey team.
Llangefni Town manager Dan Gregg is delighted to add another defender to an already very strong back-line which has kept four clean sheets in the last five matches.
“She’s a lovely person and I think she’ll fit in well with the squad,” said Gregg, whose team take on Llandudno in the Bute Energy Welsh Cup this weekend.
