NORTH WALES COAST WEST LEAGUE REPORTS – OCTOBER 25

PREMIER DIVISION

Cemaes Bay 6 CPD Penrhyndeudraeth 2

Cemaes edged up to fifth in the table after a superb 6-2 win over Penrhyndeudraeth at School Lane on Saturday.
Asa Thomas struck twice inside the first quarter-hour for the home side, boosting his goals tally for the season to 12.
Codie Holland added a third before the break, Thomas this time with the assist.
Callum Queen made it 4-0 on 56, Thomas again the supplier, before Penrhyn made a dent in the home lead with two goals inside four minutes from a Cian Pritchard penalty – his 15th goal of the campaign – and Harri Davies.
However, late goals from Ryan Folksman – Tom Wood providing his second assist of the game – and Queen’s second net-finder completed an emphatic victory for the home team.

Kevin Lloyd’s 11th goal this term on 36 minutes handed Llanrug a half-time lead, but sub Callum Evans levelled after 57 to earn Llannerchymedd a point.
The hosts had Ioan Tudor dismissed for a second yellow card after 76.

DIVISION ONE

CPD Gaerwen 3 CPD Cefni 0

A red card for Glenn North left Cefni with 10 men for the second half and Gaerwen took full advantage to grab the win, Callum Hughes, Jordan Pritchard and Cian Williams scoring on 65, 79 and 84 respectively to bank three points.

CPD Pentraeth 2 Holyhead Town 4

A third straight away win for Town in which they have scored four goals in each.
Saturday’s visit to Bryniau saw Craig Moore and Festus Osagie net two goals apiece for the Harbourmen, Kian Abbott and Charlie Dales responding.

Llanfairpwll 2 CPD Deiniolen 1

Captain Dylan Williams provided a dramatic winner for Llanfairpwll in the 95th minute of a close battle at Maes Eilian.
Carwyn Roberts gave the hosts a 48th minute lead from an Ashley Davies assist before a Lewis Allford-Williams own goal on 85 made it all-square.
But sub Toby Hockin set up Williams for the late clincher.

Llangoed and District 1 Amlwch Town 1

Nathaniel Evans’ 93rd minute leveller rescued a point for Llangoed who missed a chance to move level with leaders Aberffraw.
Shane Jones edged Amlwch in front on 66 minutes and it looked as if that might be enough to win the day until captain Mathew Owen teed up Evans for the equaliser.
