A comfortable five-goal win for Denbigh secured them a home tie against Rhyl-based NFA in the second qualifying round of the Welsh Cup.
Ceri Purvis broke the deadlock after half-an-hour before Catrin Bell added a second for the hosts in added time at the end of the opening 45.
Jessica Duff, Cara Jones and Lucy Morris supplied further goals in the second half.

Wrexham 6 Pontypridd United 1

Two-goal star Abbie Iddenden

After suffering their first league defeat of the season last weekend, Wrexham bounced right back with a 6-1 hammering of Pontypriidd to make it three wins in four starts.
Last season’s star striker Abbie Iddenden made her mark with goals on 23 and 53 minutes, while impressive newcomer Mariam Mahmood also struck twice on 45 and 90+4.
Katie Barker and a Josie Smith own goal made up the half dozen for second-place Wrexham, who are current league top-scorers.

CPDM Bangor 5 Berriew 1

Welcome to Tier 2 was the message for promoted Berriew as they suffered a heavy defeat in their opening Adran North game at Bangor.
Ashleigh Jones’ goal was all that separated the sides at half time, but after the break Tesni Hughes, Seren Macdonald, Ffion Thomas (pen) and Ella Jones put the hosts out of sight.
Dottie Evans replied for Berriew with the score at 2-0.

CPDM Y Felinheli 2 Llanfair United 3

After a goalless first half, Llanfair went on to take the points through a Sophie Cook double and a Harriet Davies single.
Shannon Jade Jones and Jenna Allsup responded for Felinheli, who ran out of time in their quest to salvage a point.

Flint Town United 1 Llandudno 1

All-square at the Essity Stadium.
Following a blank first half, Rosie Hughes edged the Silkwomen in front on 59 minutes, but Hannah Owen salvaged a draw for Tudno with a 71st minute leveller.

NWC LLANDUDNO KIA WOMEN’S LEAGUE

Eighteen-year-old hotshot Amber Brown made it back-to-back hat-tricks as Llangefni completed successive league wins.
Hana Wellings gave Llanystumdwy a 16th minute lead, but Ellie Coulson equalised on 36 before Brown struck twice late in the first half.
Brown completed her treble in the 53rd minute for the victorious visitors.

NFA 3 CPD Pwllheli 1

NFA are the early leaders after goals from Sade Benjamin, Cadie Griffiths and Amy Webster saw off the challenge of Pwllheli.
Magi Hughes pulled one back on 54 minutes from a Sian Moore assist, and bess Roberts also missed a penalty for the visitors.

Trearddur Bay 3 Caernarfon Town 8

Caernarfon celebrated an emphatic first win of the season with an eight-goal show at Lon Isallt.
Elan Evans made it eight goals in four games with a second hat-trick of the campaign, Ellie Morris-Dunn, Manon Evans, Sioned Bohana, Jordan Roberts and a Lauren Bate own goal completing the away tally.
Elin Murley (2) and captain Freya Davies responded for the Anglesey hosts.
