The Bute Energy Welsh Cup Second Qualifying Round draw will be broadcast on RedWall+ at 8pm on Thursday 25 September.
In Qualifying Round Two, the six winners from Qualifying Round One are joined by 42 new clubs.
This stage also marks the entry of teams from Adran North and Adran South. Adran Premier clubs have received a bye to Round One of the competition.
Draw numbers for NORTH are below, but please note CPD Y Rhyl 1879 folded at the end of August.
However, under Welsh Cup rules they are eligible to still play in the competition as was the case when Llandudno played Abergavenny in the 2019-20 quarter-finals, despite the fact they had pulled out of the Welsh Premier Women’s League two months earlier.
